Its not Harrods but has everything you need and staff are very helpful and welcoming.The hotel doesnt do breakfast but there are plenty of options

Perfect location and comfortable room. I enjoyed hearing the bells but there was a lot of other noise at times from the terrace below my room and also from other rooms. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It’s quirky but charming. We find it cosy and friendly. Very close to walk to everything in Bruges & plenty of good restaurants & bars close by.

The only problem i had were the people next door on room 323 shouting screaming help, and disgusted language. This was at 2 in the morning, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Shame these people were there then it would've been perfect.

Location - Location - Location!

This place is basically at the main square. Amazing location. We love how close this is to everything. Walking distance to every main attraction, markets and shopping. Hotel is a bit dated but for what you get, I would stay here again. Bathrooms are smelly, like bad sewage fumes but for sleep only, this place is perfect.

For an overnight stay,a bed is all you need. Small room for 2 people but adequate. Staff could not have been more helpful. Very polite and offered help and advise on seeing some of the city. Check in very efficient.
