With restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and public transport literally at the end of the street, your stay could not be more convenient. Centrally located to the City Centre, South Bank, PA Hospital, The Gabba Stadium visiting Brisbane couldn’t be easier.
My house is a luxurious 3 bedroom plus office renovated Queenslander. Garage parking is available for 2 cars (plus 1 additional car park on the driveway). We also have 2 visitor car park permits for street parking. The property has a brand new ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom, large modern kitchen and the main bathroom has double vanity sinks. Each bedroom and living area has airconditioning/heating. The jewel of the house is the back deck which seamlessly flows from the kitchen / dining area and overlooks our private yard.
Our guests have exclusive use of the house upstairs. The laundry is shared with my son, Mason (who lives in a separate apartment downstairs).
Other things to note Our home caters up to 8 people with 2 x Queen Size Beds, 2 x Single Size Beds and 2 x Single Floor Mattresses.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

City charm
We stayed here for the last couple of days of cyclone Alfred. We were fortunate enough to not have lost power at all. The house itself is a delightfully renovated old Queenslander close to the city and amenities. It was warm and very comfortable with a supermarket at the end of the street. Easy freeway access to either north or south and secure, undercover parking for two vehicles.Lovely place. We will stay here again.

Wonderful property
