Nice and neat can best describe this hotel. Good for a one night stay. Great sized room with adequate amenities. Even had fox footy for those interested in Aussie rules. 15% surcharge for public holiday was a bit steep in the bar.

Such fantastic service!!!! Seriously from the moment we walked in everyone was super helpful. It's not that there weren't issues, it's just that the issues got resolved really well - not enough towels/mugs/wine glasses for the four people booked into the room? Sorted after one phone call and a few minutes (Brett also sneaked us a Nespresso machine...). Broken air conditioning? A serviceman was up and had it fixed within 20mins of reporting. Super, super nice staff. Also, we were concerned that with four people in a room with two double beds and a rollaway and heaps of luggage, we'd be really cramped, but the room was designed really well with heaps of storage. We had heaps of room.

My Wife and I chose this property because of its central City location. Senior Management and Team share an amazing "Culture" that made our stay something very special on our 50th Wedding Anniversary. A very "infectious" smile and "excellence" in Customer Service were offered constantly by all staff. We felt at "home". From our arrival at the front door to our departure day, we were made feel very welcome.

This hotel worked well for a one-night stay. Nothing fancy but pleasant & good location. Staff were efficient & friendly. Layout is slightly confusing & Executive Lounge slightly under-par but adequate. Would recommend for convenience to city & value for money.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of July for a conference. We had booked a standard room and it was exactly that. Nothing special but clean and neat and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were however missing a hair dryer in the room and it took multiple requests to get one delivered to the room. A highlight was the breakfasts we ordered in our room as we had early starts for the conference. The breakfasts arrived promptly, were absolutely delicious and we thought they were well priced. The hotel is in a good location, a short stroll to nearby restaurants.

We stayed here on our honeymoon. Was a great location for everything. Few mishaps however the concierge was incredible, Stewart was amazing and made our stay most enjoyable. Breakfast was spot on, great selection. We will be back and recommend this hotel.

Visiting Brisbane for a week and as an Accor member have never been disappointed with a stay at one of their properties before but this one may be the first, it just didn't have the wow factor I'd hoped for. Usually Accor have a point of difference in the decor, services and facilities provided but the Pullman is just a hotel, clean and very centrally located but nothing out of the ordinary. We were not able to get a king room for all seven nights of our stay so had a twin instead, a good size room but there was only one bedside light between the two beds and one small overhead light so it was quite dark for reading, not helped by dark carpet and dark furnishings. Lighting could definitely be improved on, for a twin bed room I'd at least expect individual reading lights. Room amenities were basic, minimal choice of tea and coffee , only one green tea bag provided , for a twin room I'd expect two of everything as a norm, and when I asked if the local bottled water was complimentary which it normally has been at other stays in the group I was told if it was with the mini bar items we'd have to pay for it but if it was beside our bed we wouldn't. Odd? Went looking for the pool only to find it closed for repairs. Not a lot of pluses here for us sadly.

Spa Suite spacious, clean, comfortable and fair value @ $300 including Buffet breakfast. Parking a tad expensive @ $45. Reception and Concierge polite and efficient. Dinner @Bistro Allure ok, food good wait staff a bit amateur, pouring a $110 bottle of wine without giving the chance to sample a taste or time to breathe a definite no no. Breakfast Buffet food was at best tepid. All in not bad value but definitely not 5 star.

Stayed again at the Pullman. I regularly need to stay for 1 or 2 nights in Brisbane and this is always my choice. As an Accor Gold member, the reception I receive makes me feel welcome and the staff are always super friendly. The Executive Club is worth the few extra $$. The location is ideal for me for business, and is within walking distance to Brisbane's great restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended.

Maybe my visits to HK, SE Asia and India have spoiled me and no Australian hotel will ever compare to the luxury that a five or even four star Asian hotel offers. The staff on the checkin counter were friendly and efficient but the room was a little dated, clean and comfortable but old, especially the bathroom. Parking wasn't cheap at $45 for the night, maybe not outrageous when compared to Sydney but a week later I stayed at the Pullman in Cairns and o/n parking cost me six bucks! The one thing I did note was that once again staff were friendly and efficient, possibly a highlight of the chain, even the housekeeping staff I chatted to in Brisbane were affable. Was also impressed with how quiet the room was. I was initially worried when I saw that I was directly opposite the lifts expecting to hear noise all night but I heard nothing. Good location, clean, comparatively comfortable but "luxury"? I think not.
