Cannot speak highly enough of our experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Room was spacious and spotless with very comfortable beds. Excellent dining options and views from rooftop bar amazing. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel with good breakfast. The room was a little dark and I found a lot of hair in the bathroom which was a turn off. Otherwise the room was very comfortable and tasteful. The hotel is in a super, central location close to a central bus and train station with lots of shopping and dining options close by.

The staff never ceases to amaze me with their consistent quality service and friendliness. They go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. It is located in a great place in Brisbane city making it convenient for shopping and dining.

Stayed here just this past weekend for an impromptu birthday celebration. I was really happy with the size of the room and the king size bed. The staff even left a lovely dessert happy birthday platter as they knew it was my partners birthday from the booking comments. It was a really lovely touch. Staff were super helpful and quick... which is exactly what you want when checking in and checking out. The only down side was that we were not aware that they are renovating the pool area and it might have been nice to know that in advance - perhaps I would have chosen somewhere else based on this due to how hot it is in Brisbane right now. Regardless, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed one night whilst in Brisbane for business. Very friendly, helpful staff and very clean and well presented rooms and facilities! The breakfast in the downstairs resturant was an all you can eat buffet. Plenty of options and all fresh.

First time staying at a Pullman hotel in Australia and by far my expectations were exceeded. Upon check-in was upgraded to a Suite which was a welcome surprise. The staff were very friendly and the food and beverage manage in Bistro Allure even helped find an open bottle shop for me on Thursday night. When coming back to Brisbane this will be my first option following this visit.

It’s a mistake that this Pullman hotel in Brisbane is a five star hotel. Looking at Pullman hotels and resorts in Asia and South east Asia, they are even better than Hiltons. This Pullman in Brisbane is somewhat the same level as Mercure. Service is good at front desk. Room is very spacious. Large room and large bathroom. Bed is comfortable and firm. Location is excellent. A few negative points I have to mention. 1. No coffee or tea was given in the mini bar. I guess they were missed out at room service. Called house keeping. Quickly re filled. 2. Found some long hairs everywhere in the room, which gave me doubts in room cleaning. 3. Deco needs an upgrade. Cupboard and cabinet doors need re-design. Hall way needs a face lift. No sense of a five star hotel. 5. Although bathroom is spacious, it urgently needs a renovation. Shower over bath is not good enough. And the shower head...are we staying in 60s grandma’s place? No complimentary free wifi. Might try a different hotel next time.

My wife and I arrived.late from Vanuatu and stayed the one night before continuing on to Tasmania the next day. Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a top floor superior room with an excellent city view. The next morning we had a wonderful buffet breakfast before our onward flight. The staff were very helpful in the restaurant. Although it was a short visit we would certainly return as it was a great location for the Central railway station.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was impeccable. The room was very spacious with a great city view. Carpark underground was quite practical. The internet worked well whenever I needed to upload files to my FTp at fast speeds. Great stay and I am sure we will stay there again.

The hotel is located very centrally to explore the city. City Hall is across the street, North Quay to use the city hopper boat (free) is a 12 mins walk as well as City Botanic gardens. We liked the large rooms, they were very clean. Breakfast buffet was good and served all our needs (we are Germans). The staff was very friendly, we had to change the room due to the loud AC that could not be switched off (outdated technology) and they were very customer-oriented (a special thank to Shennan). Parking was quite expensive (45 $ a night) but was the easiest way for us. Concierge parked car and took care of everything. All in all I would always come back.
