We stayed at the Hilton in January, check in was quick and easy, parking can be obtained at the wintergarden via online site for $15. The hotel is located in an excellent location, within easy walking distance to southbank. The room had a large comfortable king bed, decor looked a little outdated, not quite what i was expecting. The bathroom was clean and tidy however our towels had holes in them and the shower drain blocked allowing water into the main room before I noticed. By lookimg at the bottom of the door this was a common occurance. Over all the stay was fine. But notnthe flashy hotel i was expecting

We loved to stay in Hilton! Location was amazing, close to shops, restaurants, main tourist things to do and see. Very modern and clean hotel. Central location but still very quite rooms. We can highly recommend you staying in Hilton Brisbane.

Great hotel, as soon as we arrived they quickly came out to greet us and take our bags up to our room for us. The staff were absolutely fantastic and the hotel itself is beautiful, great POOL area too I might add! Free wifi, great views, tennis court. Food a little expensive but I guess what do you expect at a 5 star.

-Good access to many local attractions. Staff excellent- food not so The driver from the Airport and then back again was very good! Helpful and a good driver! The Mall underneath was outstanding with many World-Wide shops.

Hilton was really just standard....gotta say the Meriton Sundale at Southport probably trumped it.. Enquired about parking but because i booked through this site there was none included..could barely understand the woman on the phone...dont get any laundry done starts from about 6.50 for a pair of socks!! Yes it is on the Queen Street Mall...thankfully near a decent gym....just was expecting it to be something fancy.....thats enough for now!

Staff tries hard to please guests, but some public areas showing age need updating as to lighting, carpet or stone flooring, waiting area seats, signage, etc. Upon entry, the guest room smells musty old; probably the room had not recently been visited either by a guest or housekeeping staff. It may also be that the centrally ducted airconditioning could use some dusting or maintenance of the air filters. The room appears to be clean and orderly despite the smell. And the promised city view was stunning. Wall-size window curtains provided relief from the bright sunlight. The closets could add a few more hangers and a hamper. The T&B is compact, suitable for no more than one person. Water spills onto the dry floor while showering due to the badly designed glass divider. Double-double beds were professionally made ready for sleep, and the extra free pillows really hit the mark. TV seems complicated to operate via the malfunctioning remote, which probably had not been checked for low battery power for some time. Meals were reasonable and predictable, and the menu might need new choices. Overall, the hotel stay was good but it should innovate more to keep guests coming back again and again.

Great location next to mall. Very clean, friendly staff. Stayed 3 nights, staff even remembered my coffee at breakfast. Breakfast selection was good. Our room was very spacious. Nice lobby bar down stairs. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. Executive lounge is small and average. Nice bar in the lobby downstairs. Overall, good stay and as expected from a Hilton hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a lovely stay. The location is fabulous as it's right on the mall and easy walking distance to everything. Our room was spacious and clean and I was impressed at breakfast when the waiter remembered I drank tea.

Booked a room with continental breakfast. The room was very spacious with block-out curtains to allow for a great sleep in. Could have provided extra drinking glasses - only glasses available were from the bathroom or mugs/champagne flutes. The early check-in and later check-out facilities compared to other hotels are great; you don't feel rushed in the morning to get ready, have breakfast and leave before checkout time. The breakfast was very ordinary; I had to ask for a plate as staff did not notice there were none left, hot food is not kept on heat (eggs were cold and soggy when I got to them) so majority was cold by the time I ate. Coffee tasted like instant coffee that you could get at a grocery store. You also felt like you were sitting on top of the people next to you - although open plan is great - the bench seating area is slightly uncomfortable due to feeling like other people are in my space. Would stay again, however would not pay for the breakfast
