The location is super convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious.?However, there is foul smell in the hallway and there is no positive air pressure in the hallway. Otherwise the pressure will prevent foul smell from individual apartment coming out. Other than that we have enjoyed our stay very much.

Good condition, close to airtrain and local dining. Excellent coffeeshop next door. For after hours arrival, the phone support was excellent and made retrieving the apartment key easy. This is more like an extended-stay apartment building, not a hotel. 2nd bedroom has movable walls, meaning if they are open, the room is part of the living room area. The two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are very narrow.

This is a wonderful facility in the Fortitude Valley area of Brisbane. It is within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, convenient stores, grocery stores and the train station at Ann St & Brunswick. I look forward to a future stay at this facility.

Convenient location, great for fireworks on NYE. Close to restaurants and shops. Easy access to museums across the river.

Ok stay, not great and not bad but didn't meet my expectations for a higher end hotel. Good: superb location, excellent staff, quick lifts. Not so good: worn out furniture (chair in 2206 I wouldn't buy at a garage sale), small bathroom, and smelly room of stale cigarettes. I opened the small windows and purchased air freshener at Coles which helped. Parking is pricey with no alternatives provided.
