+ Beds were super comfy, rooms were spacious, never waited long for a lift, location was great for access to city, botanic gardens - pool is not heated! Indoor pool on the 40th floor and it isn’t heated… massive inconvenience as we had booked this to holiday and swim with our 5 and 3 year olds

Good city view, cleanilness is not so great, we stayed for 4 days and no room service provided. We got the expired milk in thr fridge Didn't feel a luxurious stay but the good thing is we had an amazing city view.

Good location, but apartment had flaws

I have stayed here before, in a 1-br apartment that I liked. The location and neighborhood are good, and the view is great. This time I again booked a 1-br but was given a “compact 2-bedroom” that had the same great view but was inferior in several ways. It had no chair, only a couch. No table except for an over-large coffee table that was difficult to walk past safely. (I moved it.) There was a breakfast bar with stools, inconvenient for eating and completely unsuitable for working on a computer. All the bed pillows were much too thick and uncomfortable for me, instead of having a selection of pillows. The bathroom had no towel rail or hook to hang the hand towel near the sink.

Lovely clean spacious apartment with full kitchen and comfortable bed. Good for families. Fabulous view of Brisbane city and river from the higher floors. Will definitely stay again

This place had no heat for the first night and we froze all night and all of our kids caught a cold as a result. When I complainted to them they just made up some excuses and brushed me off saying it was not their fault. Only one elevator worked in this entire building and it took 15 minutes to go up and down each time we had to use the elevator. I definitely would not recommend this place.

훌륭한 숙소..편리한 위치

위치도 좋고 숙소도 청결하게 관리가 잘되어 있어 편하게 지낼수 있었습니다. 다시 방문할 의사가 있습니다. 다만 베개가 너무 높아 조금 불편했네요. 낮은 베개도 준비되어 있으면 좋겠습니다.
