Convenient and comfortable Studio flat in a central part of Brighton, by The Lanes. Only problem was the five flights of steep stairs to the flat, hard for an 80+ year old! Next door to an excellent Whisky boutique.

Great location and property

The place was well equipped, nice and spacious. Ian was very responsive and helpful. Place was clean and cozy Note: 1. Very steep climb, if you have luggage it will be a nightmare 2. Not for tall people, some areas are about 1.75 high…. If these two rules do not apply to you- go for it!!!! We loved the location and place.

The location was excellent, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. I feel overall it is lacking some attention to detail... a little pack with some tea and coffee in and a few little essential toiletries would make a difference. Also the bed is a little unappealing as is the stairwell up to the flat. Could all do with a bit of a revamp.

Brighton stat

Perfect location! Charlotte was a very responsive host!the was one problem. We are in our 60s. No lift. 64 steps, most went in a circular staircase up four floors. this was not mentioned and we just managed!

A really cool flat with awesome decor that makes you feel like a cool cat in a flat. Such a great location to explore Brighton from - couldn’t be better! We loved it! Charlotte was great with communication and we felt like we could have asked her anything. Top class.

Super beliggenhet, men ekstremt dårlig seng.

Vi hadde flott opphold i Brighton med en leilighet beliggende midt i smørøyet. Men det kunne vært bedre hvis sengen og renhold hadde vært OK. Madrassen i denne sengen er av så dårlig kvalitet, med en sengebunn som gnager seg i inn i ribbena og man ruller ned mot midten. Det er kun et felles klamt vatteppe til dyne. Så med mindre du er alene og veier 40 kg er ikke dette egnet som seng. Det virker som en skapseng av dårlig kvalitet. Renholdsmessig burde man også kunne forvente bedre. Skittent bestikk, dusjvegger er ikke OK. Selv om dette er en studioapartment forventer jeg at det ikke står igjen ting i kjøleskapet og matskapet annet en te,kaffe. Leiligheten ligger fjerde etg uten heis, og trappene er smale og bratte. Gode knær og lett koffert er påkrevd. Som sagt er beliggenheten på denne leiligheten perfekt for oss, men hvis du lett blir forstyrret av gatestøy er ikke dette plassen for deg. Prisen er god, beliggenheten topp. Hadde sengen og renholdet vært på plass kunne vi lett ha bestilt dette stedet igjen.
