Friendly and amazing staff. I was able to check in early for a wedding I was attending. The location is great (very, VERY close to North Laine which is great for shopping and food/drinks). Room was clean, had air con and the bed was comfy!

Above and beyond for the value

The place had absolutely everything I needed and more. For the price i was expecting it to be a bit rough and ready but it was genuinely a really pleasant stay. The bed was really comfy with lush pillows, and the room had a really fancy light that was dimmable and also a fan! Tea, coffee, water, shampoo, hairdryer, robe, bedroom info, absolutely everything! I had a really great stay and 100% will be back!

Room was at the top of flight of 5 stairs but nice room everything nice clean tidy comfortable bed ceiling fan worked better than the aircon the most amazing staff the lady here was just so lovely friendly recommend higly

Lovely little spot near the station

A charming little hotel with friendly staff located right next to the lanes near the station. Really loved having their sister cafe nearby (for a truly excellent breakfast). Otherwise the accommodation is comfortable if basic. A nice budget friendly option.

Cappadocia Guest House is charming and comfortable. We stayed on a hot night and were grateful for the ceiling fan. Unlike other reviewers we weren't troubled by street noise. The only problem was the uneven temperature in the shower. Otherwise a very nice place to stay in central Brighton at a reasonable price.

Located within walking distance of the train station, fun and unusual shopping lanes, good food and the pier. Our room was lovely, but very warm, no AC and opening a window did not help, we had to sleep with the fan on. The bed was comfortable and bath nicely upgraded. The proprietors were absolutely lovely and accommodating. The Garden cafe downstairs is highly rated for good reason, we had a delicious breakfast there both mornings and coffee with croissants one afternoon.
