Excellent location for a trip to an event at Brighton Dome (just 10mins away) and stones throw to the beach. Check in is at the pub adjoining. The couple who run the hotel gave us two rooms situated together which was really thoughtful and the rooms were really lovely, bright and spacious. Really enjoyed out stay. I would recommend to make sure you confirm your booking well in advance of your stay.

It was great that this property was just a few hundred meters from the beach front and was pet friendly. The facilities were just fine. The area wasn't quiet because it's a busy area full of bars and restaurants, but with the windows shut, it was fine. I would stay here again if I wanted to be right in the middle of the action at the Brighton beach front.

Generally pleased

Good and very handy for close to the main pier. Parking was also very close and only a little extra at £10. Check in information was a little vague, as it states we needed to contact hotel before hand with more details on booking confirmation. No more info on this and no contact details given. I googled the hotel number and when I got through they seemed surprised I phoned and seemed obvious to them how I had to check in. Why not just put in the first place to check in at the pub to save confusion and time wasting?

Excellent location and friendly hosts. They noticed my partner had their leg in a cast/boot and switched us to a ground floor room. It had everything we needed for our getaway, including a fan and heater so we could get the room exactly how we liked it! Only thing to note was the TV didn't work in the room (or at least, we couldn't get it to work!). Very comfy bed and sofa. Highly recommend this hotel, excellent value for money.

Easy comms with the host. Location super convenient. Room clean (some wear & tear to be expected) Was able to purchase parking permit with ease through host. Enjoyed some time in the adjoining pub also run by property host who were very attentive and helpful.

Venue was in great location, and great price , Sadly room provided was in need of some maintenence, and the floors needed a good clean, Check in was confusing as was in another building 2 doors down from.venue, host was nice when we saw her, for assistance we were given a whtsapp number to call or text , tho when we tryed to report maintence issues there was no responce, was also garden maintence work going on riught outside our window, overall was ok for the price and locafion .

Lovely stay lovely hosts, welcome chocolate and plenty of tea coffee hot choc even some biscuits. Room looked newly renovated really comfortable bed all really clean Pub next door was lovely and didn’t hear any noise from pub at night even with window open (room was at back of property) only seagulls Definitely would stay again Parking slight problem but once you get permit and find spot it’s fine

Nice room but bathroom flooded in morning

Although No.7 is potentially a lovely room (nice touches as well like choclates on pillows) my one night stay turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. was woken up in the middle of the night by loud gurgeling noises. it had rained heavily and as No.7 is lower ground floor the drains were overfowing and into my shower cubicle and half of the bathroom floor! I called the owner in the morning who said he could fix it in 5 min. and I could have a shower. I am not a plumber but can say that overflowing drains cannot be fixed in 5 min. esp. as it kept raining heavily. I turned to hotels.com back home but got hardly any support. They asked the owner if he will refund my stay and guess what: he said "no". what a surprise. one should be able to expect a bit more from an organisation like hotels.com. they just can't be bothered. sorry: overflowing drians - god only knows what swam in that water - are a health and safety issue. Hotels.com should take this seriously

We were in a basement superior twin. It was an excellent sized room, with 2 double beds & the shower was lovely. Just bare in mind you're nextdoor to a pub, so there is noise. Best thing is, can't beat them, join them!! You're within walking distance to everything! So once you've found a parking place, just forget about it & walk everywhere. Parking is on street with a pass you pay £10 for, which covers you for 24hrs. Overall a good stay & would stay again!
