Darling 2 bed, 1 bath bungalow located across the street from beautiful private Fonda Lake. This home comes with a sandy bottom dock foot steps away that allows non motorized boats and floats. Peddle boat, Kayaks and Paddle board on site. Fantastic partially wooded property and distant neighbors. Full kitchen, and a barbecue. Home is older and is as pictures show. 1 mile from grocery stores and a hand full of bar/restaurants/shopping. 2 miles from historic down town Brighton and walking distance to Green Oak Outlets

Location! Location! Location!Beautiful quiet little neighborhood on Fonda Lake. Beautiful sunrises over the lake, spacious property with a firepit for lake life evenings. Gary is an amazing host. Very responsive, brought us firewood, and allowed access us to his private dock.

We stayed at the property for my father‘s celebration of life ceremony. The place was not clean, including the silverware and cups. The home is completely outdated and rundown. The furniture is a disaster. To make matters worse, a man worked on the property the entire time we were there and scared my mother by being by her window at night. We purchased our own silverware, cups, bakeware, drying mat, cutlery and drinking water due to the unsanitary nature of the place. We made it a point to stay away from the home as much as possible during our stay. It was a horrible disappointment for such an important occasion.

Nice little lake house in Brighton

We stayed here when we visited for a family wedding. Since we had family in Brighton, we wanted to be close. We also wanted to have something to do in our free time and this was the perfect spot because we had lake access. The host offered boats but we brought our own paddle boards and the kids went out almost every day. The lake is nice and clean and the hosts are friendly and available if needed. If you are into lake life and want to be in Brighton, I highly recommend this place. We also brought our dog and didn't have any problem with that.

Lake Stay

We enjoyed our stay and this house had all the basics needed. The yard is large and my dogs had space to stroll. Brighton is a lovely town and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The grocery stores are less than 3 miles!

Cute bungalow, bedrooms were great, kitchen was bad, dirty. We couldn't stay. The kitchen was the reason why we didn't book a hotel. The host was understanding. We received a refund.
