Spring Break Skiing
Overall, a great experience. The condo is in a perfect location for skiing at Brian Head.We had a slight problem upon arrival, as there was no water. However, the property managers fixed it that evening. The property has items provided that are not included in the listing that were very helpful, e.g. two humidifiers a hair dryer, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Fantastic location!
Great location, easy for snowboarders to walk to the lifts! It is about 1500 feet to the lifts, so less than a third of a mile. We had a phenomenal view of the fireworks on New Year’s Eve! Only downside is the dryer was a bit of a hassle. You could do plenty of clothes in the washer but the dryer handled basically half as much. Overall still 5 star.

It could have been much better
The location is really good. Walking (not in ski boots) distance to the Giant Slopes. Calm and silent, nice views. I suspected it can be noisy due to the road proximity; it is not an issue at all. Seems like the property was remodeled not long time ago. Now, why 2 stars...Upon arrival the property had no water. Fine, I understand that in this climate the water supply should be shut off if no one lives there. But our check in time was known, why nobody turned the valve on? We had to wait for 2 hours without water after a 10 hour drive.Afterwards we realized there was no water in the showers. It turned out that the tap has to be pulled out really hard. Not an issue if there was a note about that. The company send out some instructions in advance, just add this note there. In the second shower the handle needs to be pulled out so hard, that it feels like it's ripping off. On the last day our entrance door lock was stuck. We were outside. Fortunately, it was int he morning and we were all with cloth ready to go out. I am glad it was not when we came back night. The main issue is the reaction time of the team. We had 3 issues with the house and every time we could text to the team member. But every single response from the member was very uncertain. We never got any ETA when asked. Every time in was "we're working", but I needed some certainty. It took 20 hours to figure out that the shower water tap needs real force to be opened. It took 4 hours to send out a lock smith guy.
