Apple Annie’s general store and Polaris rentals next door. Best location in Brian Head. Welcome to BH!

Unique Corner Studio with extra windows.
KING bed. 75” TV.
Bunk bed is located away from the main living area with privacy curtain. PLEASE NOTE: 100 lb limit on top bunk.
All newer appliances and LPV flooring. Laundry is coin op located in the clubhouse.
GUEST ACCESS
Heated underground parking. Take the stairs inside directly to the unit on the 2nd floor. Easy entry with code.
Other things to note-
No pets unless pre approved. Contact me before booking. No smoking inside the condo. No loud parties. Be respectful of the other tenants. There is no cable but the tv has apps like Netflix etc.

No adults on top bunk. We do not make the top bunk because we’re too big and heavy, but we leave the bedding there.
All children that are smaller must be monitored on the deck for obvious reasons please watch your children so they don’t fall off the deck.
