Property very nice. Has all the amenities except a/c staff very friendly and helpful.

One attendant and one attendant in an office behind the counter who we could not see so did not know they were there. Waited for about 10 minutes while attendant answered really minor questions from someone who had a reservation 8 months away (what time was the restaurant open etc). Didn’t greet us or start our check in until this escruciatinf conversation was over. Can tell that the hotel was fairly empty and we got the abosolute worst room over the noisy road on the back side furthest from check in on the top floor which was hot as the hotel has no AC (we didn’t know this until we go to our room). What to have the windows open to breathe so hears every big truck rumble by with the morning sun blazing in. I usually don’t write reviews but this room was a little bit disappointing.

Parking was difficult but everything was great.

This is a nice hotel in the skiing village. The reason I would not rate it a top. they do not include breakfast (actually the do not have breakfast), while there is no breakfast place close. The dining there is also pretty pricey .... Amenities (jacuzzi, pool) are in the main building, hotel has 2 additional buildings, walking to the amenities in outside temp. below 20F is not the most pleasant experience. But, they charge "resort fee" anyway.

Property and room were clean, staff were very helpful. Good location, close to lifts

I like location, room have kitchen and all what you need for cooking,The spa cool, but room soundproofing is poor

Nice location and amenities! Room wasn't as clean as I would expect (dust on fans, dirty floors - seemed to cause some allergy-type symptoms) and hot water didn't work in one of the two bathrooms. Overall a good experience, however.

Cear Breaks Lodge is a quiet mountain retreat in the heart of Brian Head, Utah. It’s only minutes away from Brian Head mountain and the Cedar Breaks National Monument.

Fun area. Broken hot tub. Closed restaurant and store.

The property is perfect. This was our first time at Brianhead Utah and we loved it. We had a relaxing experience. The kids got to enjoy both the snow and the heated pool. We definitely plan to come back and to stay here.

Wonderful leisure stay and excellent for a family stay as well. Everything is clean and just available already in the room. Outstanding mountain view made our morning special. Going back again.

Room was clean. That's the plus side. However check-in was a nightmare. Sat in our car for over 2 hours because lobby was jammed with people trying to check in at 4pm. Many rooms, including ours, were not ready hence the crowd. Some folks weren't masked, and too many people to keep a safe distance. Even the manager on duty had her mask below her nose when I asked to speak with her. Ugh. Finally was able to check in close to 6pm... Until they fix the check-in issues, u may want to steer clear.

2 room suite checked in at 10:15 pm and room was not clean, bedding had not been changed but comforter pulled back over. Towels not changed, nothing clean. Plates, glasses, silverware all needed washing, countertops not wiped down, I’m not kidding when I say “nothing was prepared” for a late checkin. We have stayed here before, it’s a pandemic and these items should definitely have been addressed. Took 2 hours to get them to come clean (ultimately just change linen), never cleaned room. Said they would credit a night stay and resort fees. NEVER did. Mgmt was poor and responses canned.

I’m really disappointed in the fact that this place is not cleaned a little better. Especially with everything going on.. Also please do not waste your time or money at the coffee shop. Completely watered down coffee, and I’m not a huge coffee fanatic...

Would not recommend for a stop over for hiking any nearby parks. This is a cheap ski resort. Nothing more. Negatives: * Road noise * Open windows that couldn’t be closed made sleeping difficult with all of the road noise and yelling kids in the playground past 11pm * Checkout at 10 AM! No sleeping in and no late checkout options -even if you hiked all day the day before and really wanted to sleep in a bit * Sharp glass edges on glass tops placed on wood furniture in the room- very dangerous * Non functioning A/C and fireplace. Instructions to turn on fireplace even for effect did not work. * Trash left in drawers From previous guests * TV mounted 6 feet up on the wall above fireplace but on flat surface mount with no tilt * No blackout shades/ Blinds allow tons of light- even if you wanted to sleep past 6:30 am * Wi-Fi forces you to accept an invalid security certificate. * Pool and hot tub require reservations * Non functioning BBQ grills with missing parts- not well maintained * Too many kids- feels like a summer camp * Design: Looks like place was designed in some office - all fake stone looks fake, I get the theme but it’s blatantly artificial. They missed a lot of opportunities to make it something special for the area. Positives: Staffed front desk around the clock

The room was dirty. The shower had brown stain. There was a layer of dust on the refrigerator top. No air conditioner. Stuffy in room. I asked to change room and they said none was available. There was a party outside to after midnight. Had to call 4 times to break up the party

I apologize that your stay was not satisfactory. Utah, like the rest of the country, has been experiencing a significant heat wave over the last few weeks. This has resulted in record high temperatures (mid 80s). None of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning as we are located at 9,600 feet in elevation and our average high temperature in July is 72F (lows at night in the 40s). Each room is equipped with ceiling fans, stand fans, and additional box fans can be delivered upon request from the front desk. Our team is dedicated to providing great support to every guest. I would think it exceptionally rude to stop assisting one guest (mid conversation) to help another guest as they walk up. I hope you'll visit us again and give us a chance to make your memories of the mountain, and Cedar Breaks Lodge, more pleasant.

Thank you for your review. We are working with the Restaurant Management to secure breakfast during high occupancy times. While we would love for everyone to be in the main building, only 24 of our 119 rooms are in building 1. We hope you'll come stay with us again. Please call the front desk a few days before your stay and we'll see if we can get you into building 1.
