Cute Condo but property need some attention

The condo was cute and comfy and seemed a lot cleaner than the rest of the building. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The walls in stairwell going up to the condo are cracking and flaking off, the carpet was gross. We went to the pool and spa area and were very disappointed. There was mold and mildew on the floors, wall and windows. The hot tub wasn't open and the pool water was very cloudy.
