As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living room with plush reclining sofas, perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes. The wood burning fireplace adds to the rustic charm of the space and is the perfect place to warm up on a cold winter's night. Large windows offer breathtaking views of the picturesque surroundings, making you feel one with nature.
The dining area is adjacent to the living room and offers a large dining table that comfortably seats six guests. The full kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, to prepare a home-cooked meal.
Two bedrooms are located on the entry level, each with comfortable full sized beds, and a bathroom just outside of each bedroom. The upstairs loft is where the master bedroom is located, boasting a king sized bed, a smart TV, and its own private bathroom with a relaxing garden tub, perfect for soaking away the day's stresses. There are about 8 stairs going up to the master bedroom and the stairs are somewhat steep.

The overall experience in booking our stay was great and any and all communication with the renter was easy. The condo was clean and was spacious enough for our family of 6. It would have been helpful if the listing included that there were three flights of stairs to go up as one of our guests has difficulty going up and the down stairs. The garage was also a nice addition, as parking in the area is very limited! Other than that, we would recommend this listing to other visitors.

Stayed 4 nights over New Year’s weekend. Across the street from the Pizza place, Mexican food, and small market. Short walk to Giant Steps lodge. The place was clean, warm and spacious for my family of four. Easy parking even without the garage space. Reclining sofas were nice! 3rd floor.

Ridges h7 feels very small. No table that the entire group could sit at for meals.
My choice to book this unit was not good for the size of our group. I should pay closer attention to square footage. That was not easily seen on the listing but I did find it after the fact. 1100 sq ft. I think. The unit that Dawn so graciously moved us to was much better at 1800 sq ft. It is interesting that the unit in Black Diamond seemed more than double what we came from at the Ridges H7. We are very appreciative that the change could be made and I will definitely book the second unit again. Thanks

Quality Family Time
We loved the location, having two bathrooms & a big table for eating together & playing games. It was a short walk into town for hot dogs & pretzels with cheese sauce at Muchen Haus, getting 40% off at the toy store, & treats at the Gingerbread House. We went on a sleigh ride & some went skiing at Mission Ridge. We were able to go sledding, as found a couple of sleds in the closet, which was much appreciated.

Fun little spot for Sandusky stay
Gotta love a VRBO with an electric car charger! That's always one of the first things I look for and the owner just installed a new one on site. Very cute interior design. This is an older apartment building with some units in the middle of being upgraded, so these updates are very fresh. Next door was a distillery, with a brewery with fantastic asian food just a couple blocks walk away. Even in blustery February, this was a cool little spot to hand out. Owner was very good with communication. I really like the MASSIVE computer monitor in the little office off the main bedroom. Very cool little touches and attention to detail. 10 out of 10, would stay again.

Very cute and clean property across from slopes
Property was right across from slopes and easy to get to. It is a 3rd floor unit and has nice high ceilings. The unit was well stocked with "kitchen stuff" which made cooking easy. We thought the bedding was a little "summer like" which required that we leave more heat on than desired at night. Even the extra blanket was thin. Even though we followed the fireplace instructions, and have lots of fire experience, we struggled keeping a fire going. We gave up on the third night. All in all, a very nice stay.
