Summary:
This adorable unit is located in Brian Head, UT. It is 1 bedroom with a queen size pull out. Easy access to a community deck so you can sit and enjoy the amazing mountain view. THIS UNIT IS ON THE 1ST FLOOR WITH 2 FLIGHT OF STAIRS. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING.

At this moment. There is not ski in and ski out due to the construction in the back. We suggest taking the free shuttle.

The Space:
THIS UNIT IS A NON SMOKING AND NON PET FRIENDLY UNIT.

This is an adorable unit that offers 1 queen size bed and also a queen size pull out. You will love the cozy feeling you get especially with the gas fireplace. You can't go wrong when renting this unit. It feels like home away from home. This unit has easy access to a community deck you can walk right out on and enjoy the mountain view.

Copper Chase Condominiums still holds the title of the premier complex in all of Brian Head. You will have access to Pool, Spa, Gym, Saunas, Locker Rooms, Lobby equipped with WiFi, Common area kitchen for larger groups, and Coin-op Laundry Facilities. Our Complex also is set for ski out capabilities to the Navajo Mountain. Please remember we are a condo complex, not a hotel. Please contact your Property Manager for any assistance you might require. All units are individually furnished, please ask Property Manager if your condo has a specific amenity. (i.e. blow dryers, crock pots, roasting pans etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: NIGHTLY RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE CLEANING FEE OR TAX

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY COPPER CHASE UNITS BY RENTAL GUESTS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THE PET IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU BRING A PET, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250 FEE, PLUS A $50.00 PER HOUR FEE TO CLEAN THE UNIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

THE BASE ELEVATION FOR BRIAN HEAD, UT IS AROUND 9600 FEET.

Children under 5 may not use a public spa pool under any circumstances. Children under the age of 3 (and anyone not in control of their bowel) must wear swim diapers and waterproof pants beneath their swimsuits to provide three layers of protection against a fecal release event. No solo bathing, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. These are state law requirements.

Wristbands are required and are located in the unit.

No food or glass is allowed in the pool area.

UNDERGROUND PARKING IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Everything we wanted for our first trip to Brian Head. Simple accommodations with no extras. Very nice fireplace and TV setup with views of aspens and the snow covered mountains

Cozy condo

Great place to stay for a quick getaway! Everything was set up perfectly. Cute and cozy place and very clean. Bonus was the parking was underground so you can unload in warmth of the garage.

Clean,Convenient Stay

Very simple, comfortable and clean place to stay. Heated under ground parking garage was a plus. There were a few items that could have made the stay a little more convenient. There were no sheets in the closet for the sofa sleeper. Although a quick text to the property manager fixed that promptly. There were items in the kitchen that were missing potholders, salt and pepper shakers, and food storage containers. There was only one roll of toilet paper and no trash bags which made it difficult to comply with the clean up procedures. Most places I have stayed have provided these items or list the items they don’t provide so that guests can better prepare. Over all we had an enjoyable experience.
