Branson is also magical at Christmastime, when the Wonderland production invokes an authentic holiday atmosphere with elaborate song and dance numbers.

Great outdoors

Located in the Ozarks, Branson is much more than the sum of its manmade attractions. Nature enthusiasts can head to Lakes Table Rock and Taneycomo, which are both great places to relax and go fishing. The Ruth and Paul Henning Conservation Area is perfect for hikers, with forested trails leading to viewpoints and homestead sites. Over 1,000 colorful butterflies from around the globe can be witnessed at the Butterfly Palace, a sanctuary that also houses a fun mirror-maze.

Titanic Museum

The Titanic Museum, in which a replica of the historic ship is displayed, is one of the biggest attractions in Branson. Every year, over one million visitors worldwide come to visit it. Steer the ship, walk the majestic Grand Staircase, touch an iceberg and more. If you"ve always wanted to emulate Kate and Leo"s epic love story from the movie, now is your chance! The museum is also very kid-friendly and interactive.

World's Largest Toy Museum

Adults can take a walk down memory lane at the toy museum, seeing toys that were once best friends, games you wish you had, toys that you didn't even know existed, and toys that you want to own now. Literal children will also adore the displays.

Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum

Ripley's name is known worldwide for its fun and fascinating facts. This museum has over 400 exhibits to explore and is great for both younger and older children.

Climate

Located in the Midwest, Branson offers enjoyable weather year-round. July and August are its hottest months, with typical highs of 89 degrees Fahrenheit, and a refreshing low average of 65 degrees. December and January are colder, with highs of 45 degrees and lows averaging around 25. From skiing the Missouri slopes in winter to hiking the Ozarks or exploring the city center in the summer, Branson is a city for every season.
