Yes no service in our room the whole stay but the worst things were it is way to expensive to check in early, $47 dollars to check in an hour early is ridiculous we had 2 rooms so it would have cost almost $100 Second the check out time is to early at 10am the elevators can not keep up with the amount of people trying to leave at the same time and with one stairwell closed it’s an absolute safety hazard, with the idea of extra cost if you’re not checked out by 10am it makes for a crazy mess

The room refrigerator made an awful vibrating noise. We had to unplug it in order ti sleep. Ice machine on our floor was not working. No iron but did have an ironing board. Would have like the microwave in the room instead if the hall.

Checking in wasn't as friendly I know it's Christmas time it's busy. I reserved our rooms ahead of time a month ago. We checked in at 4 as noted. My daughter room wasn't ready ok were patient. Waited for an hour the fellow behind the counter said her room won't be ready until tomorrow everyone is going home. Needless to say my daughters reassigned room was on the other side of the Hotel. I ordered 2 rooms close for Christmas.

Courteous staff, decent breakfast, good pool and hot tub, good location (use the yellow rope to dodge a lot of the traffic around the mud section of town), room needing some repairs/updates but was clean and quiet

The area inside and out was so pleasant and clean. The breakfast was out of this world. Everything for breakfast was complete. Nothing was missed! Served great and clean. The rooms are so clean and just the right size. TV chart was displayed so we found whatever we wanted. Rooms are quiet and I felt very safe.
