Staff was very courteous room was clean after second attempt they put us in a room that was not cleaned yet but upgraded us and the room was great we appreciated it will definitely stay here again the inclusive breakfast was amazing

The facility is large (8 floors) and had several buses coming/going with seniors each day. Due to the large number of guests, it often made using the elevators difficult, crowded and time-consuming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. For the 3 mornings my husband and I ate the Breakfast Buffet, the exact same items were served every morning. Perhaps changing up the variety of breakfast items would be good idea. Two of the four sink lights in our bathroom didn't work. The cloth-like shower curtain was much too long and had to be stepped on in the shower. The bathroom floor needed a better, more thorough cleaning. Upon arrival, there were only a couple tissues left in the tissue box and an additional box had to be requested. There were gum stains on the carpet that needed to be removed. My wife requested 2 additional washcloths and Laundry service delivered another full supply of large towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath rug -- most of which we didn't need. The coffee brand provided for the tiny machine in the room was horrible and -- unless the Breakfast Buffet was still open, there was no way to get complimentary coffee. The inside pool is very small. On our last morning at the hotel, we were given a 5:30AM Wake-Up Call, which we did NOT request and didn't appreciate. Upon checking out, my husband was given a high-pressure sales tactic from the desk clerk to purchase some sort of Branson Show Ticket Package. He declined.

They specifically told me that it didn’t matter that I was 100% disabled veteran in a wheelchair, all the handicapped rooms were saved for the bus companies. They told me they didn’t care about individual rooms rented, there money was with the 9 bus loads they were expecting that week. They even yelled at my wife when we pulled up by the door to transfer to the wheelchair to go to our room. The breakfast was the same8 item.

Indoor pool was small and not heated enough.

Outdoor side of the pool where you can go under the wall back and forth.

Room was. The first 2 days the phone did not work. Heating was not working properly. And it was very cold. The door lock had a problem and could opened from the outside without a card. These problems were addressed and corrected except for the door within 2 days. A lot of problems with the internet. The breakfast was terrible.

We chose this hotel specifically for the handicap-accessible room, and the location of the room was very convenient. It was on the first floor, close to the front entrance and check-in desk, and just a short walk to the elevators that go down to the breakfast area. Most of the tables in the breakfast area worked well for someone using a walker, with enough space to sit and move around comfortably. However, the buffet setup was challenging. The tables were placed very close to the buffet line, making it difficult to navigate with a walker or wheelchair—especially when other guests were in line. There just wasn’t enough space to maneuver safely. The bathroom was another concern. Our accessible room had a tub instead of a walk-in or roll-in shower, which made it unsafe for us to use. There was a shower stool provided, but it didn’t fit securely in the tub. The hotel may have other accessible rooms with a walk-in or roll-in shower, so it’s worth asking when booking if that’s something you need. Overall, the location of the room itself was convenient, but the bathroom setup and breakfast layout made the stay more difficult than expected for someone with mobility needs.

room was clean comfortable beds. Friendly staff, Whirl pool was nice and hot. also impressed there wasn't any chlorine smell or burning eyes in the pool or hot tub. Nice hot breakfast every morning in a nice dining atmosphere. Only wish there was a variation in meats each day. Omelets or a waffle maker would be a nice change up.

Some items on breakfast were not warm but the variety and it being complimentary made up for it. Hotel is in excellent location and grounds and interior were clean. Rooms could use updating, back of bathroom door is peeling off. Curtain had holes in blackout shade. Overall, we were very satisfied there. Price was a great value. Will return and recommend to others.
