This is a nice hotel, off the main strip by a block, yet by a lot of attractions. The travel time to most of our shows/attractions we went to was very minimal! We stayed here during NYE weekend and the concierge was in lobby to make ticket reservations for us at a cheap price! There is a restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel if you want to stay in for the evening and have dinner. It was very good and you got big portions! My only complaint about my whole stay is we asked for towels 4 times and never received them. We did have the do not disturb sign up but we were told they would be laid outside our room. Other than that we had a great stay and will probably stay here again!

There isn't anything I didn't like about this stay. It was wonderful. I loved it.

Very slow to bring fresh towels on requests

A little over priced but stay has been pleasant.

Great price. Nice rooms. Excellent location. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Safe

Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly.

Will definitely stay here again.

The price was right for one night. They had rooms available. The hotel is ok. It was not dirty. 3 elevators for a gagillion rooms. There was no microwave in the room. There was a microwave in the hallway by the ice machine. The parking is weird to me. The hotel is on a hill and the parking lot is packed. Almost anywhere you park is an uphill climb to get into the hotel with your luggage. There are a few exceptions. They should have someone driving by in a golf cart to give you a lift. They should tell you before you arrive to unload at the door and then park.

They do not keep up with there maintenance, and repairs. They do not clean the rooms. Missing sheets on the box spring and those are nasty looking. I wouldn't come back!!

The location was good.

I have stayed at this hotel on more then one occasion, but this was BEFORE it was bought out and changed its name to Thousand hills resort hotel. My stay THEN was good. However this stay under the new owner was NOT good. I delt with noise from a women yelling at a child and the child screaming until well after midnight. The worst part is they double charged me for the SAME night. I booked through Orbits for July 10th through July 14th. On the 13th i ask to extend ONE (1) night. I was double charged for the 1 night. They ran a charge on the 13th and AGAIN on the 14th. I spoke to the Manager on the 14th about the double charge and she reassured me they only charged once and the second charge would drop off. The next morning the 15th both charges were still on my account, I AGAIN spoke to the Manager. Again i was reassured the second charge would drop off and they even printed me a receipt showing the charge ( I still have that receipt). After driving HOURS back home i waited until Monday July 17th. BOTH charges had been taken OUT if my account. I AGAIN called and they said they printed out my stay and it shows i only stayed 1 extra day and they would would call me back once they cleared things up. They NEVER called me back. I called again this morning thr 18th. The charges are still on my account. They said they would refund the money and they would send an email showing so. I finally recieved an email after calling AGAIN, but still waiting on the refund.

Great view from the 8th floor. Parking lot was horrible. All hills and have to walk a long ways
