I am frustrated with Expedia and with the hotel front desk staff. I book a lot of flights and stays through Expedia and in this particular stay, we booked a 3 day stay in the Branson area. My wife injured her knee and was unable to walk and instead of spending 3 days in the hotel staying in the room, after day 2 i went to front desk explaining my situation and that we wanted to leave a day early to travel to our daughters home in Conway Arkansas. I was told by hotel staff they would be ok with leaving early and that it is up to Expedia to release the refund. Expedia say's it is the hotel that needs to issue refund. I did place another reservation with Expedia for my Conway stay and feel if I do not get reimbursed for my one night not used in Branson, I will no longer use Expedia for my travel needs for personal and my businesses travel needs.

Rooms are still good but ready for minor updates due to wear. Free wifi is very poor. Free breakfast was good but limited to biscuits and gravy, sausage, french toast sticks, yogurt, grits, a few sliced up fruit offerings. Work out facilities only included two treadmills, two elipticals, a set of dumb bells, exercise balls, and an old universal with very limited attachments.
