We stay at thousand hills resort every year and are happy with the experience every time the staff is polite and the food is awesome! And maybe the best part of it all is the bar on the first floor Carolyn the bartender is the sweetest lady and is always in a good mood she definitely makes the experience worth it alone, we make sure we go see her every year. I would definitely recommend staying here for vacation!

The first thing that turned us off, was the sales pitch from the people that checked us in. We just want our room key not to get a sales pitch in order to get our room key. The window curtain needs repair or replacement. The shower curtain was replaced, but they never took the old rings off the rod and so it’s hard to move the shower curtain when you want to open and close it. And again when we were turning in our key at the end of our stay, we were hit with another sales pitch. We had a free beverage coupon and went down to the bar at 7 o’clock in the evening and us along with another couple found the bar closed. We don’t plan to return to Thousand Hills.

Nice rooms and lobby area, great location, nice pool area. Bathroom shower needed updating, but the water pressure was impressive! Room itself was great with ample space. Great chili in the restaurant. Good variety of breakfast food. Would appreciate real eggs rather than fake egg mixture, but it seems fake eggs are the norm at hotels now. Ugh. Overall, a nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.
