Breakfast was fast and good- We asked for housekeeping services 3 different times in one day, and they never showed up. We had to take our own dirty towels away and get fresh ones. That's all we asked for after being there 2 days, we needed clean towels and floor vacuumed, and no one ever came after calling 3 seperate times. Other than that, it was wonderful.

We were pleased with the room and location of the hotel. The staff we encountered was helpful. Breakfast was good and we ate at the hotel restaurant one evening and it was refreshing because it wasn't crowded and we didn't have to be in Branson traffic

Clean room, staff was awesome. Shout out to housekeeping for all their help finding my medicine when we left it in the room after checkout. Breakfast could have been better, it was pretty crowded and the breakfast items weren’t the best. I imagine if there hadn’t been 300 people from a tour bus it would have been better. It was a great stay overall, the pool was clean, hot tub was warm and the room was comfy. Although the toilet is real close to the door opening so a larger person might struggle to maneuver in there.

Great place to stay. We have stayed there this year and last, coming in for gymnastics competition both years! It’s always been an awesome, friendly stay. Wish parking was a little better. But with great service and great prices, definitely can’t complain!!!

Hotel is ok but have seen better days is in need of many repairs, biggest issue for us was that the room was never once cleaned out even though we stay for 4 nights and we requested it after the 2nd night, i asked for towels and they were delivered but the dirty ones were never picked up. Breakfast was always the same daily and nothing to go back for the following morning, overall since we caught it in the low season we got it cheap and we got what we pay for, will not stay again if we ever go back

With the exception of the incredible customer service Gavin provided, this is not a hotel I would stay at again. From the moment we arrived it was not consistent with the appearance expectation’s. Once we moved past that the shower was broke to the point it was stuck in scolding hot while my husband was trying to shower. It took multiple attempts to fix since nobody could seem to help us at this point. Lastly never have I stayed at a hotel where the sheets were not clean and housekeeping came to freshen up. These are things only done if requested.

We were here for an event. The staff was friendly and welcoming and took time explaining all the amenities available. The place can definitely use some upkeep and touchups. Our room was clean, but did look a bit dated. The bathroom door did not lock from the inside and the bathtub clogged up. Breakfast is a buffet in the restaurant downstairs. There was enough variety, but the kids missed the typical pancake/waffle setup. Not sure if things change daily, but if not it could get boring if you're there for an extended period.

The staff were super nice! The place is an older hotel which is typical for Branson so you could tell the place had some age. However the rooms were good except for bed bugs. We were bitten and so sad to have to report that because everything else was good about the hotel. For that reason and that reason only, I won’t stay there again.
