Walk In Level - Beautiful/Clean/Recently Remodeled 1BD/1BA at Pointe Royale

Come and enjoy vacationing in our comfortable contemporary gated community. Our recently remodeled condo has one king-size bedroom with TV, Bluray and full bath. The living room is furnished with a 60' HDTV, DVD/Bluray and high speed internet access for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer with ironing accessories. Bath towels, pool towels and linens are provided.

Our condo at Pointe Royale is located just 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City and minutes away from the 76 Strip, Lake Taneycomo, Table Rock Lake, State Park Marina, and tons of music shows.

Pointe Royale has great amenities including 2 outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub and 1 indoor swimming pool heated year round. It has 2 tennis courts, a fitness center and an 18-Hole PGA golf course with discounted rates for condo quests. Pointe Royale also has a lakeside park with barbeque grills, picnic tables, children's playground and lakeside trout fishing plus many other on site amenities including club house and restaurants.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Everything was amazing except for the hard mattress. It was a little uncomfortable to both sleep and sit on. The kitchen is stocked with things to cook with as well as a very nice landry system to use.

Not a Walk-in Unit as advertised because there is 4 STEPS to climb to get to the unit. Could not sit on the balcony because of so many cobwebs and spiders also unsafe boards. Was not told the ice maker was broke until after arriving at the unit and contacting the host.

Second time we have stayed here for our anniversary. Kitchen was adequate and check in was easy. had some problems getting in the front door but Sage answered his phone after about 2 rings and had us inside in just a couple minutes.We will most likely rent this unit again next year if we decide to vacation in Branson again.

Excellent Property

The condo was very clean and organized. The owner made it easy to understand how to get in and all the different aspects of the complex. We enjoyed being able to come back to a home like atmosphere of cooking our dinners and watching T.V. The pool was close and a nice size to beat the summer heat. My daughter and I stayed for a week and reasly enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary stay in Branson

We could not be anymore pleased with our stay in the condo at Pointe Royale. The only issue I could say was not having water going to the ice maker in the refrigerator and the garbage disposal didn’t seem to either work or be plugged in. With that being said…everything else regarding our stay was fabulous.I feel like I have found “the place” to stay!Who need a hotel when something this good is out there through Vrbo.When we return to the Branson area, this is first choice. Thanks very much.

This condo was perfect for my husband and myself! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. The condo was very clean, it had everything we needed and then some, and the bed was very comfortable. I have already recommended this condo to a family member. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. The check in and check out process was very simple. Being in a gated community was nice and provided an extra sense of security. It's location was perfect. We were centrally located to everything in the area. It was very easy to get to the show venues in town as well as other area attractions and shopping.

Lovely Unit!

We are 2 seniors who don’t do well with steps so this walk-in level was great for us! Very comfortable and clean unit! We ate breakfast at the clubhouse grill and it was good and reasonable! Overall it was a great experience!

Awesome condo

Amazing long-weekend getaway!

This condo is everything as described and more! The owner has taken every detail into account. This unit is in a great location and very quiet. Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was quiet and had a nice location on one of the golf course duck ponds. The kitchen was equipped with anything you may need to prepare a meal. All the furnishings including the bed were comfortable. The shower was nice with good water pressure. It is in a great location in Branson within a few miles of everything we wanted to do. The convenience of laundry and dishwasher is great if you are staying for an extended period. We would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
