Overall, great trip and great central location to outlets, activities, and more. Look around for alternate routes as the main drag through that area does not have much for stoplights. We had our first day booked out, but later in the afternoon on our second day we thought about going in the pool and walked down the hill. We hadn't been notified we needed a card to get into the pool and we were alresdy dressed for swimming. Ultimately, we opted to skip it as driving back to the clubhouse in a swimsuit was inconvenient and our stay was during a heatwave. **Make sure you ask when you check in to save time....he showed us where the pool was and everything on the map, but never mentioned needing a key card. :/
On a side note, something may have been wrong with our AC in the unit because there was a window unit running in parallel the whole time. The evening ahead of checkout we woke to a horrible smell around 2am so we shut the AC to the unit off and decided to hit the road at 4am. No signs of an emergency, figured due to the window unit present, they knew the cabin AC had issues. I didnt see any other cabins with a window unit.
We never took advantage of anything else the property had to offer other than ticket reservations to the zip lines and Branson Belle captains club dinner cruise, maybe next time we'll go through the resort directly to book.
Other traveler tip, take the main drag out of town about 20 minutes to the nearest regular WalMart, don't go to the one downtown!
