As far as the view from the condo, it couldn't have been any better. But you can certainly tell it has been taken well care of. The furniture was filthy, every door in the house has horrible stains on them.

There are a lot of great things about this property-the location is great, the pool very nice, grounds well maintained. Unit had a great layout, but could use some upgrades. This is a 5th floor unit, there is an elevator but no carts. I did see a few units with big utility wagons parked out front, that would have been handy. The one bed room that says it is a king is a queen bed. I would say the beds need an upgrade. The mattresses are not great, one of the queens in the 2nd bedroom was particularly bad. All of the pillows are terrible and need to be replaced. The bedding also needs an upgrade. All that is provided is a sheet and a very lightweight cover and there are no blankets anywhere to be found in the unit. The towels too are in need of an upgrade. They are thin and rough. The kitchen was stocked fine with dish soap, trash bags, paper towels for our 3 night stay and I think there was laundry soap but we didn't do laundry. The dishes and pans are a bit haphazard and thrift store with nothing matching but overall there are plenty of dishes. Would be nice to add some plastic cups. The patio is very large, there was a grill but we didn't use it. There was a very nice new set of furniture that was great and then on the other end a couch that desperately needs new cushions. he communication was good and very fast to respond. We didn't reach out much, when we did they always responded quickly. The check out instructions are great - just start the dw and lock up.
