First thing in the door the air return vent showed dirt. Lamps in bedrooms did not work/called office/sent someone out/flipped switch in electrical box.TV remote did not work/had corroded battery/contacted office/ batteries delivered to cabin.Mattress in upstairs bedroom is miserable to sleep on/when you sit on side of mattress to get into bed you almost go to the floor.Upstairs shower has no place for soap or hair products/must put on shower floor/not good if you have vertigo or are a senior citizen/poor design.Dishwasher door would not latch/looked in dishwasher and one of the wheels was off track/I fixed it!We were told when we arrived they were awaiting inspection and then we could check in. WHAT DO THEY INSPECT BEFORE OCCUPANCY????

Cousins trip

The property was overall nice, but there were things that needed repaired or replaced... like the chipped counters and the discolored faucets. We also saw and killed a lot of spiders so hopefully they spray regularly. It was very inconvenient to drive several blocks away to check in... and you have to cross an insanely busy street to get there. It wasn't even connected to the properties in this neighborhood.

Location was great, checking in was somewhat easy but the link we had to get there was way off. Most of the place was clean except the dishes. When we got out a pizza pan it had a dried out piece of pepperoni stuck to it. There was other dishes dirty and not enough spoons for us. Parking was first come first serve so we had to walk a little further sometimes. My son had an injury before we came and he couldn’t do the stairs or climb into the high sides of the tub. We was hoping to have access to a grill but didn’t.

We had a lovely stay in the Woodfly cabin. The screened in porch was relaxing and private. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms spacious.

Disappointed

We were very disappointed in our stay. For the price we paid it wasn’t held to a very high standard. The first thing we were told was a light above the sink would get fixed but no one showed up to fix it, the AC wasn’t working the first night and got super warm which thankfully got fixed. The floors were absolutely disgusting. I showered then walked around and the bottom of my feet were covered in black. The refrigerator leaked water all over the place inside of it. And worst of all my little girl was playing on the ground and next thing I knew she had found a little plastic item that was on the floor and was chewing on it. Then upon further inspection we found numerous other pieces laying around, so they apparently don’t care about keeping things clean. It was super upsetting that my little girl could’ve choked due to the negligence of the cleaning crew. If you want to charge this price for a place it better be in better condition than what this was.

Great location in the heart of Branson

We really enjoyed our stay! The upstairs was a little hot (it was also 4th of July weekend though) but the window unit in the bedroom helped quite a bit. The kitchen was lacking a few utensils, such as a spatula to make pancakes, so I bought one and left it there for the next guests to use.

Spring Break

We had an awesome time at the Cabin. We had 8 and plenty of room for all. The kitchen may need a few accessories for cooking but other than that we all had a comfortable stay and will be returning."We had an unforgettable experience at the cabin! With ample space for all eight of us, we were able to relax and enjoy our time together. Though the kitchen could benefit from a few extra cooking accessories, we still managed to prepare some delicious meals. All in all, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and are already looking forward to returning."

Branson get a way!

Came up to Branson for the kids spring break. Picked an amazing cabin!! I highly recommend this property to anyone. It’s so convenient to every thing! Food and Silver Dollar City. I would stay here again.

Branson trip

The cabin is in a good location for the strip where shows and activities are in abundance. This was not the cabin we originally booked, but do to a maintenance issue prior to our arrival they had to change. The cabin was the same size and number of beds. It was nice and we enjoyed our trip.

Girls Trip

Location was great. Home beautiful. Very clean. This was perfect for our group of 7 women, however, there were a few things that could be improved for such large groups. First there were only 4 washcloths total. Secondly the kitchen only had 2 potholders, 1 dishcloth and 1 tea towel. Lastly, the pool and additional parking are across hwy 76 a considerable distance from the home.

Branson vacation

We stayed at Thousand Hills in a cabin. The cabin was very nice and very quiet. It was just minutes away from everything but it felt like we were in the middle of the woods. Loved everything about the cabin. My only complaint was that the ladies I encountered at check in were not friendly at all almost to the point of being rude

Literally was 10 minutes to anything! Right in the middle of everything and easy to get anywhere, with the back roads! Cozy cottage just as it looks. Very enjoyable!
