Year round pools and hot tubs!! You have just stepped into one of the most popular gated communities in the area. You will be greeted at the gate and given a pass that will grant you exclusive access to your slice of heaven. Your newly renovated condo awaits with a great view and your pass to all the amenities. Enjoy the onsite restaurant or play some golf. This great location is close to the Branson Strip, Table Rock Lake and Silver Dollar City is not far. MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO BOOK

Welcome to your personal slice of heaven, curated with you in mind! There is plenty of room for everyone to relax together and feel at home.

Take your pick for a great night's sleep in either of the two bedrooms, both featuring BRAND NEW king beds. The primary bedroom sports a little extra luxury with private access to the back deck and
an attached en suite bathroom featuring double sinks. There is even a queen air mattress in the spare bedroom to sleep those extra two guests

This condo is on the main floor level with just four steps and has a deck for your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice. This place is very peaceful and productive depending on your flavor.

In addition to the entire condo, you will also have access to all of Pointe Royale's beautiful amenities!
This includes one indoor pool (open year round) and two outdoor pools (open seasonally during the summer months), hot tub, tennis, basketball, fishing, children's playgrounds, walking trails, 24 hour fitness center, plus 24 hour gated security. You can also make a tee time at Pointe Royale's golf course (for a fee) or enjoy an evening out at the clubhouse's bar and grill!

BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!
The State Park Marina is only 10 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! There is no boat or trailer parking onsite, but you can park across the street at Branson Storage and tell them you are a guest at Pointe Royale for $10.00 a day.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.
