YCW Stay

This property fit our needs to a tee. Six bedrooms with 6 bathrooms were a perfect fit for our church youth group while we were in Branson for Young Christians Weekend. The pool table was a wonderful bonus for the rainy weekend.

Our annual family vacation had a nice place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Nice to have a separate living room for the little ones. Beds were nice and couches were comfortable and had plenty of space for our family inside or outside on the deck to eat and hang out. Nice cabin, was easy to check in and out and had great communication with managers. Would come back again and stay. Thanks for the use of the cabin.

Spacious Getaway - Convenient Location.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom attached, with ample towels. Plenty of sleeping space. Well equipped kitchen. The screened in back porch was a pleasant surprise (it had a full sized refrigerator).

Loved the location

The property was as advertised and I was pleased. I needed a large place to give everyone room and privacy. The location to and from Silver Dollar City was fabulous and that was part of the reason for choosing this location as well. It is about two minutes away. Property managers were in constant contact with me via text my entire trip. I would rent again!

Great Stay

My stay at Kemper’s Cabin in Branson, Missouri, was absolutely wonderful! The cabin is beautifully located near Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake, making it the perfect home base for exploring the Ozarks. The setting is peaceful and scenic, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle. The cabin itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. With six bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for our group. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplaces, and high-speed internet. The shared amenities, like the indoor and outdoor pools, walking trails, and fitness center, added to the experience. Kemper’s Cabin exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing yet adventurous getaway in Branson

Just what we needed

We had 4 families and everyone enjoyed their stay. The bed in the right upstairs bedroom was bent towards the middle so our friends just moved the mattress to the floor and slept great. The black coffee pot could be replaced, it’s seen better days. We had a small mouse visit us on our last evening in the main living room, so may want to set some traps.

Plenty of space for our 2 families! Beds were comfortable. Loved the extra refrigerator on the deck off the kitchen!! There are basic ingredients in the cupboards (flour, sugar, salt, etc). We had plenty of dishwasher pods, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc for our whole group for the entire week! If you can't find towels, make sure you look under the sinks. They have PLENTY if you look! The cul-de-sac was quiet and felt very private. We were close to everything we wanted to go to and made tons of great memories. Our son even got engaged while we were here We're already discussing coming back next year and hope to stay here again!

The house was in a beautiful location and very spacious. Pictures were accurate. The hosts kept great communication with us, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely return to this property! They even had a pack and play (we had already brought our own though) and a baby gate. We needed 2 since there are stairs going up and down from the main level, but we were able to use the benches from the table to block access from our youngest. There was only one closet big enough to stick a PnP (if you’re like us and like to put your baby to bed in a closet!), and it was TIGHT but doable. Bring an extension cord for sound machine/monitor to reach closet. The screened in porch with a table and fridge came in handy too. There is a charcoal grill out front that works well also. The location to Silver Dollar City was perfect!

The size was great for our group of 17, especially the private bathroom for each bedroom. We also liked that king beds were in every room, however one of the beds in the upstairs bedroom was broken and several in our group had issues with the fitted sheets being too small. The basement bedroom had a portable air conditioner which vented through a window and there was a hole in the screen. The kitchen was small (galley) but there was ample space to eat either at the table in the basement or on the deck. The kitchen was very disorganized and utensils and cookware were in rough/poor condition. We washed all items before using. Cupboards seemed dirty. The refrigerator had shelves that were broken. Overall, the kitchen needs some attention. It was nice to have the second refrigerator on the back deck. The house is also very loud and sound echoed throughout-doors, footsteps, etc During our stay we observed a squirrel run up the side of the house and into a hole that was in the eaves, likely up to the attic/roof. The floors were dirty and after walking barefoot on them our feet were black. There’s no yard for kids to play or space for outdoor activities due to the steep slope. There were lots of board games, unfortunately previous guests dumped pieces everywhere which made playing difficult. There were a few wasps in the back deck area. The location of this property did allow ample parking. The property was good for our group, and with a little more care, would be great!

Bed frames were uncomfortable…backboard was loose and had to put a bath towel between that and wall. Fitted sheets did not fit mattress well. Kitchen was well stocked. No Kleenex. Laundry was present on 2 floors. Lots of room for 5 people. Needs a deep clean though, and painted. Good communication from host. Code worked the first time. Not ADA compliant. But ok if that isn’t important, but should be in the listing. Nice setting. Really only convenient if you are visiting Silver Dollar City. The road in needs to be resurfaced.
