Welcome to Un-Fore-Gettable! An idyllic summer retreat nestled in charming Branson. Spend all day fishing in nearby lakes or have a gala time in the community swimming pool. Show off your skills on the tennis court, while kids indulge in a variety of games at the teeming clubhouse.

The Space:
The living area is bright and spacious, perfect for big families. Soft, pastel shades and contemporary interiors blend tastefully with vintage artifacts, wooden accents and rustic furnishing. Large picture windows allow an abundance of natural light, while comfy seating arrangements flank a sizzling fireplace and a smart TV.

The adjoining balcony features a 6-seater dining table with views of the lush green outdoors, perfect to enjoy al-fresco meals.

Show off your cooking skills in the kitchen. Spacious and roomy, it is fitted with glossy granite countertops and dewy white cabinetry. Stainless-steel appliances are available for guest use, including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and refrigerator.  Enjoy a casual round of drinks on the 2 bar stools available or tuck in for intimate family gatherings at the 2 6-seater indoor dining tables.

The home accommodates 14 guests in 4 bedrooms, all aesthetically designed.
Bedroom #1 is located on the main floor and features a king-size bed along with a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 is also on the main floor, equipped with a king-size bed and smart TV.
On the 2nd floor, a loft doubles as bedroom #3 and comes with a king-size bed.
Bedroom #4 is the kids’ room on the 2nd floor. It has two twin-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV.

- There are 3 bathrooms with shower/tub combos, while 1 also offers a relaxing jacuzzi.
- A washer/dryer is included.

Nice but disappointed

The condo was very nice but too Smokey smell for us so our host gave us a full refund & we found another place to stay at the last minute. We really appreciated them working with us since we had several family members who had asthma & we’re not able to stay at all.

Overall good - wasn’t expecting the unit to be upstairs, wasn’t expecting the upstairs bedroom not to have any privacy (no door or wall separating it from the living room below), the kitchen pots/pans were sparse. Location was very good, seemed safe and quiet.

Family Labor Day Weekend Stay

This property was perfect for our family getaway over Labor Day weekend. We were searching for a place that we could hangout, relax and spend time enjoying the outdoors. This property fulfilled all of our desires and wishes. It was close proximity to walk down to the water at fall creek/lake Taneycomp as well as a playground and the other amenities of the neighborhood.

July Branson trip

The property was perfect for our family of 8. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom at the top of the stairs gets pretty warm with the summer heat but cooled down enough at night to sleep comfortably. They have a nice pool area and tiki bar which we enjoyed at the end of the day. The boys had fun trout fishing behind our building and were excited to catch some nice rainbow trout. Check in and check out was convenient. We would stay again.

Anniversary celebration

We all got together to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The first place we were at smelled like smoke. My daughter called and they found us another place to stay. It ended up being a wonderful weekend. We would definitely do it again.

This unit was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed in. We walked in and the odor of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The units floors were filthy, we wiped the kitchen and bathroom floors and our towels and were black when we finished. Windows were not clean, walls in the unit are chipped and very dirty. I would not recommend this to anyone. However David worked with us to get some things worked out so we could stay. Thank you

Wonderful time in Branson.

The property was wonderful. Best set up in kitchen with spices etc… Beautiful accommodations glad to have the window A/C in room upstairs. Only complaint was that my grandchildren and my daughter had black feet after going barefoot for 15 minutes in the living room kitchen area. Floors appeared visibly clean but weren’t. The rest of condo was clean and have no complaints. Owner might be paying for cleaning crew that is not doing the best job. Would use again.

Excellent Place to Stay.....Great Beds for Multi Families

Loved the bedroom set up, this is an excellent place for multi families staying together. Excellent kitchen with plenty of kitchen supplies and tools. Very clean and comfortable beds. The townhouse has access to swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. I would definitely start here again, we all loved it! Thank you Chris, appreciate your hospitality!😊

Nice but smelled

Property was not the one pictured when we rented, but was nice enough. Biggest problem was that it was supposed to be a non smoking condo but it wreaked of cigarette smoke. When the heat kicked on it got stronger because it’s in the ventilation system.
