After a day of exploring all the nearby attractions that Branson has to offer, retreat to this lovely 2 BR/2BA resort living condo.

No need to eat out! The fully-stocked kitchen offers everything you need to make meals for your group, just bring your food:)

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen island with seating for three or gather around the dining table with seating for six.

BED & BATH

Sleep seven guests in two bedrooms and living space. All bedrooms on the main floor. Pick one of the king bedrooms-one being a master suite with ensuite bathroom. For more sleeping arrangements, there is a sofa sleeper and twin sleeper. Don't forget the littles-there is a playpen and toddler cot as well. Smart TV's in all bedrooms to stream your Netflix and enjoy a late night show before a restful nights sleep.

OUTDOOR AREA

Access the back deck from the living room or master suite bedroom. Send the kiddos out to enjoy the amenities right behind the condo, while watching from the deck.

Parking is available for two vehicles in front of the condo. Washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

When you are ready to venture out, you don't have to go too far! So many amenities provided right in the resort! You can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor seasonal pools, hot tub (adult only), 2 playgrounds, dog park, amazing fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more.

Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.

Dogs CONSIDERED. Do not book without discussing and getting pre approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dogs. Dogs must be completely house-trained and only potty outside, are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee.

On Location-Swimming, tennis, basketball, fishing, playground, bar and grill, dog park, and golfing. Golfing requires extra fees at the golf shop.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

The place was well stocked with everything we could need. We loved having the park nearby for the kids as well as the pool, pickleball and basketball courts. The neighborhood was fairly quiet with a few helicopters flying over for tours. Easy check in and check out. Lots of extra towels, dishes, toiletries, and bedding. Almost any appliance you could need for your stay which saved a ton of money by eating in!

Cozy, well equipped Condo. We had 4 adults and 2 children and found it was the perfect amount of space. The resort itself has so much to offer, 3 pools, hot tub, pickle ball courts, tiki bar and golf! You could just stay here for a vacation! The grounds are beautiful and i loved having my coffee on the deck listening to all the birds. So peaceful! Brenda is awesome to work with. I left my blow dryer and hair straightner, she contacted her cleaners and they found the items in the condo, Her hospitality agent is working with my son to get the items back to me. Appreciate that so much!! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Great spot! Perfect for a couple days at silver dollar city. The kids and I did have a little difficulty with food but other than that it was great. The pool was always packed but we enjoyed the basketball and pickleball courts!

Branson Ministers Conference

Living area and bedrooms were very comfortable! Bathrooms could use a little updating and a little extra attention to cleaning. Otherwise it was a great stay and despite the dated bathrooms, I would stay again. Plenty of room for 2 couples and bedrooms were private/quiet, couldn’t hear any snoring from the other room….always a plus! The owner was responsive and quick to help, when I had a question. Thanks for letting us stay!

Overall it was great! The location is PERFECT, you really can’t beat it! The house is stocked and I love how many extension cords and phone chargers were provided. Beds were comfy and the big balcony and playground were so much fun for my 3& 1 year old! The only reason I give this place a 4/5 is we had some issues with lack of cleanliness. I reached out to the owner and it was communicated & dealt with quickly. But a nice deep clean would be appropriate.

Great time at Pointe Royale

This is far from our first stay at Pointe Royale, but it was a great one. Having the pool in our backyard was very convenient m, especially when our 2 year old granddaughter was visiting. My husband and son golfed everyday. The condo was mostly newly renovated, they could do some updates in the master bathroom, but everything worked! The furniture was comfy, and we loved the outdoor furniture, using it every day! Kitchen had a lot of extras and even some spices, baking supplies and cookware. Laundry was also well stocked with detergent and a drying rack. Wish there was a pantry for our food supplies, but we managed. Brenda is always great to work with and is very helpful and attentive to our needs. I know I will use Lake Life Vacations again.
