A lovely luxury child friendly two bedroom ground floor apartment set back from the main pool area in the much sought after Limnaria Gardens complex, in the heart of Paphos close to the beach and main harbour area. Two large bedrooms, one double and one twin and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The apartment has its own spacious private terrace with sunbeds and a bbq. Fully furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings, good internet and cable TV and a safe for your valuables. Perfect for both summer holidays and winter sun.

The Limnaria Gardens complex has three pools and is located 2 minutes from restaurants and shops. There is a public beach a short 5 minute walk away (350m) and the main harbour area with many great restaurants and bars is only a 10 minute walk away. The complex is in central Kato Paphos, just a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. There is no need for a car however there is ample parking should you want to rent one.

Our apartment is a very short walk to the beach, town, harbour and castle. The old town is also within walking distance. There are loads of restaurants and bars nearby and even more at the harbour. Other local attractions include the Kato Paphos Archaeological Park which is a 10 minute stroll along the beach front just past the harbour area and there is a bus service from the harbour that runs frequently that takes you to the Tomb of the Kings, Coral Bay and to the Water Park.

If you want to explore further afield then the local travel agents run trips up to the Troodos mountains or to the nearby towns of Limassol, Larnaca and Nicosia or hire a car and go exploring.

If golf is your passion then there are several excellent golf courses a short drive away, such as Elea (designed by Nick Faldo), Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Minthris Hills and for a more relaxed family fun there is the Marios Golf Park which can also be reached by a short bus ride from the harbour bus station (line 610).

Excellent Apartment

We have just returned from an 11 night stay. In our group we had a wheelchair user and the apartment was perfect for his needs. It is equipped with everything you would need. The host are only a phone call away if you need anything. Easy access from the patio down to the swimming pools. The apartment is in a great location, there are bars and a supermarket a few minutes walk away and the harbour is only a 10 minute stroll. We look forward to returning one day.

Erg ruim met een heerlijke tuin!

Heerlijk appartement door de ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Schoonmaak kan beter en renovatie her en der nodig. Heerlijke tuin en de zwembaden zijn heerlijk en schoon en fijn om eigen bedjes te hebben! Minpunt vonden wij de timer op de airco’s waardoor we in de nacht wakker werden van de warmte en de airco’s weer opnieuw aan moesten zetten. Parking voor de deur erg fijn. Goede uitvalsbasis om uitstapjes te maken. Voor dit geld een heerlijke plek!
