Happy to get a room during a busy three-day long weekend. Very friendly welcome by Front Desk staff. We were offered a highly appreciated and delicious cool drink on arrival. Were pleasantly surprised by an unexpected upgrade to 'cabana' accommodations looking over the Serenity Pool area (no children allowed). Housecleaning personnel were discrete, cheery and accommodating. Turndown evening service, chocolate offered. Bathrobes and slippers. The thickest of towels ! Quiet and comfortable air-conditioning. Quick room service. Buffet Breakfast was good with a very varied assortment of choices. Coffee so-so. Excellent croissants. Overall appreciated the small touches and generally gracious attitude reigning throughout the premises. Although fully booked, hotel did not feel overly crowded.
