The apartment is on 2 floors: On the ground floor you have living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and bathroom. One bedroom with king bed and one with king bed or 2 single beds and a private terrace. You have direct access to the garden, the swimming pool, on the roof a terrace with 2nd swimming pool, relaxation area and BBQ.
Your 4-legged companion is welcome (10 Kilo and less) On a leash when you are on the complex and to make sure you take him outside the complex for all these needs.

Casa Mtl Tulum is ideal for people who love adventure and want to immerse themselves in local Mexican life. Our condos are 5 minutes from restaurants, 15 minutes from Tulum Center and 20 minutes from the beach. We have 2 apartments with one bedroom and 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms.
