Additionally, guests have the option to add on our unique wood-fired hot tub experience. Kindly let us know if you wish to use the hot tub, and we will add the service charge to your reservation. Please be aware that 24 hours' notice is required; the hot tub add-on cannot be canceled on your check-in day.

Wood Fired Hot Tub Experience: Guests enjoy year-round access to a private wood-fired hot tub. To use, contact us, sign a waiver, and notify us 24 hours in advance for preparation. Additional Fees Apply.
We take pride in providing a unique hot tub experience – each tub is replenished with fresh, salt water pumped directly from the ocean for every reservation.

Our process includes draining, cleaning, and refilling the tub, as well as reheating from ocean temperatures as low as 35°F. Please note, this meticulous procedure, ensuring cleanliness and comfort, requires 4 to 7 hours of dedicated work. (Guests are responsible for heating/operating their hot tub for the remainder of the reservation.)
Please notify us a minimum of 24 hours before your time of arrival if you plan to use the wood-fired hot tub.

Hot Tub Add On - one time fee of $65.00+taxes - Hot tub will be prepared, started, and heated to an initial temperature of roughly 100 degrees Fahrenheit with 1 tote of firewood included.

Wood-fired sauna operates on a first-come, first-served basis with other cottages. Sauna requires guests to sign waiver and purchase a tote of wood for $15 + taxes to use. Enjoy your wood-fired experience!

Additional Firewood can be purchased at the office within office hours. (Open Daily 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding holidays) $15.00 + taxes per tote.

Gear rentals are available to rent during office hours such as E-Bikes, Stand-Up Paddle Boards and Kayaks. (Seasonal Items)

E-Bikes: $25.00 + taxes/ Day (10:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Stand Up Paddle Boards: $15.00 + taxes/Hour
Kayaks: $15.00 + taxes/Hour

Pets: Pets are permitted, with a limit of up to 1 pet per visit. If you would like to bring an additional pet, please check with us first. Please note all pets have a fee of $50.00 + taxes per pet.

Additional Guests: Please note that for one-night reservations, no additional guests are allowed on-site beyond the number specified in the booking.
