Bienvenido a nuestra cabaña junto al océano. No te imagines sentado en la terraza con una copa de vino fría mientras se pone el sol, ¡vívelo! Relájese al final de su día cenando al aire libre. Quedarse dormido con el sonido de las olas y el olor del océano.
Ubicada en Middle Point Cove, a cinco minutos de la mundialmente famosa Peggy's Cove, nuestra cabaña de un nivel incluye una cocina totalmente equipada, lavandería, baño con ducha, Wi-Fi y camas queen en cada una de las dos habitaciones (sábanas y toallas incluidas). The "Oceanside (Saltwater) Cottage" was a little bit of heaven. The listing was completely accurate. The cottage was bright with great views of the ocean. All of the amenities were greatly appreciated. The washer/dryer combo was handy after several days of travelling. The large deck provided a great view of the ocean. The kitchen had all of the conveniences of home. The wine and chocolates were a welcome surprise! And, the decor was what I would have chosen for an ocean retreat.I appreciated the "Welcome Home" sign on the chalkboard. After a long day of travelling and heading back to the cottage, I got a chuckle when I realized I had just said to myself, "I can't wait to get home." In other words, the cottage was very comfortable, relaxing and inviting.Dobora, the host, was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Great location! This home is clean and comfy- Deb is a wonderful host and we settled in with plenty of time to enjoy a gorgeous sunset. The cottage is thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. And it is a perfect location for day trips along the South Shore.

La maison est très bien équipée. Rien ne manque. À 5 minutes en voiture de Peggy's cove et d'une pêcherie. Un dépanneur à 5 minutes à pied ainsi qu'un restaurant sympathique. Les couchers de soleil sont exceptionnels. La route passe près de la maison, cependant elle est peu achalandée le soir.

The location was perfect! The cottage was great, and was equipped with things we thought we would have to buy when we got there like tissues etc. There was even a welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates!My only negative was comment would be the TV, should provide more detailed instructions as it was more complicated than what we were used to at home.This was our first VRBO stay and will definitely use this as an option to hotels on any future vacations.

The Best!

When you walk into the house, there is a chalkboard sign in the kitchen reading “Welcome Home”. It truly says it all.The house is spacious, well decorated, very comfortable and welcoming. Everything you want when traveling, including a washer/dryer.The location was ideal for visiting Peggy’s Cove, Halifax and the must see historical town of Lunenburg. Oh, and the sunsets “at home”… amazing!! Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. Many thanks!!

Happy Harbour Home

A beautifully decorated home in picturesque surroundings. We had everything we needed…towels, kitchenware, patio furniture, etc. to make our time in Indian Harbour perfect. The views and the sounds of waves crashing on nearby rocks and the bouy bell in the distance were everything we hoped they would be. The hostess was readily available if we had questions. Shore front delight!

My 22-y-o granddaughter joined me for her first trip out of the US. I chose this cottage for its proximity to Halifax, Peggy’s Cove, and the rocky coast. It was perfect for the two of us, plenty of room, very comfortable, well-supplied kitchen, excellent WiFi, and beautiful walks. The owners responded immediately and helpfully to a mechanical issue. Loved every minute!

Ocean side Cottage

The view and location were stunning. The neighbors were fantastic. The location was perfect as our home base. Restaurants in the area were wonderful. Our host was most attentive and we got to visit her store, Hags on the Hill, at Peggy’s Cove. A +++++++. We can’t wait to come back.
