Location is great, condo is just OK
A lot of effort was put into editing the photos in the listing, and less into making the home into a quality space for guests.
Overall our stay was fine, but the condo is tired, with some dirty walls, cabinet handles falling off, a bathroom fan that sounds like a WWII plan about to crash, and some other inconveniences that could have easily been addressed with minimal effort.
The most troublesome is that the air intake for the in-unit Heater/AC is completely covered by floor cabinet, which is a massive fire hazard, and makes the unit extremely inefficient. We pulled the cabinet out of the way, and the amount of dust makes it clear that it has been that way for years.
The check-in instructions were also unhelpful. There are two parking entrances for the complex, and when checking in after dark it was not made clear which street to enter from.
If you need to be close to downtown Boulder with great access to biking and running, you can overlook some of this, but when staying for a full month at a high cost, the apartment itself was a bit frustrating.
