Never got a chance to stay. They cancelled my reservation without me canceling as a "no show" because I was late for check in. When I showed up after a long cross country drive I had no room and was told I could potentially get a refund if the manager (who was not on-site) agreed to the refund and that they could book me another room at a higher price (couldn't honor the original rate??) if I still wanted to stay there. Needless to say, I wasn't about to spend more money to stay somewhere that couldn't honor my original reservation (and monies already paid) so I went to a different hotel (Hampton Inn Medical Plaza Lafayette Colorado...they were fantastic!!) and spent two hours of my life getting my money back from Residence Inn. A suggestion to Residence Inn: contact a customer to see if they are going to be a no show before taking their money and canceling for them, it seems like a better business model.

due to covid 19 there’s a lack of breakfast and cleaning , towel replacement, but they are doing what they are allowed and more than most. the common areas are being well kept, and my stay was very enjoyable with the outside area around the fire pit

Comfortable stay. Few downsides: 1. Old carpeting. Nails sticking out here and there. You might get hurt if you aren’t careful. 2. Too few utensils. There were just two spoons. 3. Microwave and Induction are low power. Take a lot of time to cook. 4. No housekeeping due to quarantine, which is fine. But supplies aren’t being replenished regularly, which is not fine.

The staff was fantastic! We called to check in early and they were very accommodating.

It's a nice hotel but needs more attention to cleaning. There was still coffee in the coffee pot in our room. Carpets needed to be vacuumed!! There was pink soap scum around the bathtub drain. If rooms are being cleaned almost everyday there shouldn't be any type of scum at all.

This property fit our needs perfectly. We were there for two weeks and having a kitchen was a big plus. The staff is so friendly you feel like you are at home with your family. Breakfast is good, and staff is right on the spot to refill items. I enjoyed swimming laps in the pool. The facility is close to just enough shopping to fulfill any of your needs without being too close. The area around there is open enough to be able to enjoy a leisurely walk or run for exercise. We would definitely go to Residence Inn again.

We stay every time we come to the area. It's very clean, comfortable and convenient to Boulder, Denver as well as points North.

From beginning to end, we were continuously impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. Front desk through housekeeping are wonderful! The free breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Jacuzzi, pool, and fitness area exceeded our expectations. 2 minute drive to restaraunts/grocery/etc, as well as to 28th Street which takes you into the heart of Boulder in no time. Easy to and from airport. Just cannot praise this facility and it's staff enough! We WILL return and we are already telling others about this hidden gem!!!

Great for business. Many close restaurants to provide you choices, and for an extended say to give you multiple options every evening. Also close to points of interest if you wish to make use of them in your spare time.

I have stayed at the Residence Inn in Louisville and have found it to be a great place to stay.
