Sheets and bedding smelled horrible. I'm guessing someone soiled the bed earlier. AC was broke and did not cool - ended up sweating in my room with the AC cranked. No bars of soap or extra toilet paper. Not what I expect for Hampton Inn. I stay at those a lot and this one needs some work.

The staff were attentive and kind - even when we had someone above us who made a ton of noise all night. They took care of us and made it right and were very apologetic. Good location, near freeway.

Great staff all around. Did not like the surprise $7 a day parking fee. Receptionist mentioned that it was listed in the amenities section of the listing on Orbitz. It was not an obvious fee at the time of booking and felt that it was a cost that should just be included in the daily rental rate.

My towels were dirty when I checked in and the pay $7 to park in an open lot is just plain stupid.

There was a $7 fee for parking that I was not aware of. I should have been told about this ahead of time.

Pool was broken back security door did not function paid for outside parking in pitted driveway. Filthy

Average hotel. Rooms were stuffy and some parts weren’t very clean. The top of the towel shelf had about an inch of dust/dirt on it and the tub made loud cracking noises while standing to take a shower.

Hot tub was nice except it had loose debris, felt as if I went to the beach and brought back sand. Breakfast was okay, packaged eggs were rubbery some mornings. Staff was excellent.

The place was very clean and the staff was helpful when we needed something. We stayed a week and it was very comfortable. The grounds are kept up and looked nice.

Great place to stay - love the affordability - rooms are always clean. And it’s great to have coffee and a breakfast included!

Noisy fan outside north end entrance. Been that way for many months.

Dirt around perimeter of bath. Elevator lobbies lighting sick color. Carpeting in lobby like an off-price movie house. I watched the people sitting on those uncomfortable chairs at lobby high-top and the table is too high (or chairs too low) for most women and some men. Bath counter looks homemade. Wall paper hanging loose in exit stairs and elevator lobby--maybe more. Ceiling water stains in several places. Building care ignored for some time. Even after a remodel they will revert back to not maintaining bldg. to save money.

Breakfast was subpar, pool chemicals too strong (burning eyes and hard to breathe), window sill and sheer curtain in room littered with dead bugs. No vending machines available; however, you can buy a 12oz can of soda for $1.50 at the front desk. Overall, very disappointed with my experience here.

Im sorry you were unaware of the parking fee before arriving. It is listed on all websites under amenites. It is not included in rate as the rate is taxed. By doing it as a seperate charge, it makes it a flat rate that is not taxed. If we added to the rate it would end up being an additional 10 with tax instead of just the flat 7 rate.
