Comfortable room, good amenities
I have had several different stays at this hotel. It's always good.
The room was not cleaned well (especially floors and bathroom). The sink drain was clogged so we asked them to fix it or change the room but the room AND the plumber were not available that day and we had to wait for the plumber till next day. We were told that we had to use the bathtub to brush our teeth. The next day, we waited for the plumber to come, never came. We complained but the hotel didn't do anything. We stayed there for 3 nights with a clogged drain! The situation got worse. On the 3rd day, the fire alarm lights were flashing all day. We were told that it was just testing and it didn't bother us but the fire alarm then went off 4:00am!!! We all woke up and asked the front desk what was going on. Well, they didn't know what was going on and didn't do anything! If there was an actual fire, it would have been a total disaster. When we checked out, we mentioned that they cannot re-let that room until they fix the drain, the front desk offered $50 refund but we never received anything. The warm breakfast was nice but this was the one of the worst places we stayed.
Service was great, room 212 was really nice and comfortable after a long drive.

There was an unattended dog running up and down the hallway barking for hours one afternoon. There was a dog barking incessantly next door and the front desk clerk was rude about my complaint. The place could be much better than it is.
