Shower flooded the bathroom, due to poor design with no lip on the shower and a cute but short shower curtain. The phone didn’t work and was not repaired during our 3 day stay (although the repair was promised). the continental breakfast ran out of sweet rolls after 1 hour and was not replenished. The entrance to the parking garage didn’t work 2 out of 3 times and required hotel staff to come down and let us in. The toilet tissue was 1 ply (so required more to be effective) , I guess as a cost saving step. The hotel architecture was complicated and would have been helped by a map to find our way around.

This is an ackward hotel. The staff is very nice. We have stayed there several times in the past and have another reservation in November. Our interior queen room is VERY SMALL! Roughly 8x12. No closet to hang clothes and no coffee maker. The showerhead also falls from the holder and can bang you in the head. Also the room had a very strong smell of mold! The breakfast is filled with bread, danish and some fruit. Very few protein options. The price we paid for this past weekend was not worth it based on what we experienced. Unfortunately, I had to prepay for my next stay in November and cannot get my money back.

the air conditioner did not work after several complaints a total 5 times it was complained every two hours they tried to fix and also did not change the room it is really disappointing and paying such higher fee they just reduced facility charges

Very conveniently located when visiting for a Red Sox game. Everything was just over a mile away from Fenway in one direction to great dinning options one mile the opposite direction. Would stay again.
