Shower flooded the bathroom, due to poor design with no lip on the shower and a cute but short shower curtain. The phone didn’t work and was not repaired during our 3 day stay (although the repair was promised). the continental breakfast ran out of sweet rolls after 1 hour and was not replenished. The entrance to the parking garage didn’t work 2 out of 3 times and required hotel staff to come down and let us in. The toilet tissue was 1 ply (so required more to be effective) , I guess as a cost saving step. The hotel architecture was complicated and would have been helped by a map to find our way around.

This is an ackward hotel. The staff is very nice. We have stayed there several times in the past and have another reservation in November. Our interior queen room is VERY SMALL! Roughly 8x12. No closet to hang clothes and no coffee maker. The showerhead also falls from the holder and can bang you in the head. Also the room had a very strong smell of mold! The breakfast is filled with bread, danish and some fruit. Very few protein options. The price we paid for this past weekend was not worth it based on what we experienced. Unfortunately, I had to prepay for my next stay in November and cannot get my money back.

Our AC didnt work. Had to have them come in 3 times within 12 hours being there. I had to ask for a new room & they had zero urgency to move us. Wanted me to keep checking back for open rooms. A few of the staff members were very rude, I assume because I kept asking them to fix it. It was 77° in our room. Breakfast was bread, bagels & cereal. Not even cream cheese available. Over pretty hotel. Very cute inside & clean. Loved the industrial vibe. Probably wouldnt return due to staff not treating us like guests & their lack of offer & urgency to fix the problem.

Staff at front desk superior. Overall so dark. Somewhat confusing to get to room. Toilet clogged. Had to contact 2 times before fixed. Room hot. Entire stay “store” hardly had anything. Didn’t have any sodas to purchase. Breakfast was good.

So the breakfast is a true continental, all carbs and no protein. Just be aware. Otherwise, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and kind.

Surprise fees

Surprise fees. Hotel was perfectly adequate, but when we arrived late at night, they hit us with a ‘facility fee.’ It was enough that I would have picked a better hotel for that rate. Breakfast was crazily understaffed and underwhelming. Hotel owner wanted credit for having breakfast, but did not want to spend any money. Room clean. Welcome staff were nice. Clearly a management/ owner problem. I’d pick another hotel
