Shower flooded the bathroom, due to poor design with no lip on the shower and a cute but short shower curtain. The phone didn’t work and was not repaired during our 3 day stay (although the repair was promised). the continental breakfast ran out of sweet rolls after 1 hour and was not replenished. The entrance to the parking garage didn’t work 2 out of 3 times and required hotel staff to come down and let us in. The toilet tissue was 1 ply (so required more to be effective) , I guess as a cost saving step. The hotel architecture was complicated and would have been helped by a map to find our way around.

The beds were comfortable. Good Pillows. The shower was very small, and the handle to turn on the water took serious work to get on—and my elderly father was not able to get it on. I had to put all my weight into it to get it to turn on—not safe—I almost fell. The hotel website says they have onsite dining—but they actually don’t. They just have a continental breakfast served—nothing else. Very loud lobby area—even at night (after 10 PM) we could hear all the music/noise and it was not very easy to get to sleep. Poor signage for room numbers. Poor signage/notification of ice machines, etc. Insulation from the bathroom door kept falling out from under the door in chunks onto the bathroom floor. Only one chair in the room was not very adequate for more than one guest. No mirror outside the bathroom—which makes getting ready with more than one person difficult. Not enough hand towels/washcloths for more than one person. Definitely will not stay there ever again—and we go to Boston/Brookline a couple of times a year for medical appt’s.

The air conditioner was loud, so loud that when it kicked in, I couldn't have a conversation with the person I was sharing the room with or sleep soundly. The bathroom outlet did not work. I reported both problems on the same day I checked in, but they were not attended to. The front desk agents kept saying it was reported, but no action was taken. I would never stay here again.

Room was clean and staff was courteous. The hotel is built in an odd way where a lot of the room has indoor windows that only face the hallway. Parking is limited and not included with the stay, plan for additional parking fees. We were slapped with additional fees upon checking in for “service and city”. The “continental breakfast” was minimal, mostly pastries and drinks. The area where the hotel sits is very nice, lots of places you can walk to and traffic wasn’t too bad. I’ll probably won’t stay here again.
