Shower flooded the bathroom, due to poor design with no lip on the shower and a cute but short shower curtain. The phone didn’t work and was not repaired during our 3 day stay (although the repair was promised). the continental breakfast ran out of sweet rolls after 1 hour and was not replenished. The entrance to the parking garage didn’t work 2 out of 3 times and required hotel staff to come down and let us in. The toilet tissue was 1 ply (so required more to be effective) , I guess as a cost saving step. The hotel architecture was complicated and would have been helped by a map to find our way around.

Room was definitely neglected. Deadbolt was falling off. Thermostats are set to weird schedules and one will wake up sweating. Had to go to the front desk a few times to get a thermostat issue resolved. Tried calling from the room but no one answered. Booked two rooms and assumed they would be next to each other. They were at least on the same floor but a decent distance away.

Room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Hotel is located just a few steps from subway (green line), and there is a Trader Joe’s about 6 minutes away walking distance from hotel. One negative was that continental breakfast was included according to booking, however, during week days when we came down for breakfast, there were only small packs of peanut butter and jam but no bread at all and some leftovers of cereal even though we came one hour before end of breakfast. On weekend, there was actual continental breakfast.

Over priced for the services they offer. Hotel felt mediocre and the a/c hardly worked. Room service wasn’t good, cleaned the room but never left toilet paper. Location is key for the rail service but the hotel can do better. Breakfast is the worst I’ve seen at a hotel. Open up the bar and possibly the kitchen and the hotel will be rocking and rolling.

While the room was clean, there was no coffee maker in the room. When I asked to get one, as it is listed in the room description, the front desk said they would do their best but I never got one. Additionally, the continental breakfast on the first day was just oatmeal packages and coffee. They did refund me my resort fee which was $50/day in addition to the fees I paid Travelocity. It was a nice gesture but as we had planned on being able to eat at the hotel, we dis not have enough time to eat elsewhere before our appointments in Boston.
