Doing all by phone and online is new to me so I’m still on the fence. Juggling my phone (which had the code for entrance lock) and lugging my suitcase up the entrance stairs and inside stairs was a challenge, not recommended for people with any accessibility needs. Beautiful property, without a doubt. Responsive staff via text messages and onsite parking was most helpful.

Don’t wait book it now!

The Coach House is amazing! Incredibly beautiful boutique hotel in a gorgeously restored heritage home. No detail has been overlooked, rooms are stocked with water snacks coffee tea etc, umbrellas at the front door, fans in the rooms etc. Marley and her team when above and beyond to ensure we had the best time in Salem. The Coach House is easy walking distance (down a beautiful street of heritage homes) to all attractions. You will absolutely have the best stay here.

The room was beautiful. Staff was very friendly, and even thought not on site, very helpful & responsive. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks, and the bagels and lattes from Jaho were amazing!
