This property is a beautiful inn and the bed was comfy. The greeter was super nice. However, there is limited dining in Hull after 8 pm. I upgraded for the fireplace and it didnt work. Called the 24/7 number and the only offer was to make an emergency call to the inn keeper. Well at 11 pm Im not going to do that so we went to bed listening to the clanking flag pole, wobbly fan and passing traffic. The breakfast was not as advertised, it was just muffins, bagels or scones.

It was a nice property. A bit too far from the beach to walk. The queen room was not private. The door to the room is next to the refrigerator. So you hear everything going on in the first floor. We knew the room was going to be small but the shower was extremely small. And we are average sized people not large. The backyard is not as nice as the photos and no one around to provide supplies for the fire pit in the photos. Also it’s not quiet to sit outside. Right next to the main road. Overall it was a nice place to stay but would likely choose somewhere else next time.

My husband and I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and this experience set the bar incredibly high! Our room and dedicated hallway bathroom were incredibly clean and cozy. When I had trouble opening the patio sliding door and it came off of the tracks, the hosts were very responsive and their maintenance man repaired it extremely fast! The location was perfect and very quiet, yet within very close distance to many restaurants and attractions in the area. You could easily walk, bike, and/or drive from this location. Parking was a breeze in the gravel driveway to the right of the home. My husband and I brought our bikes and our hosts allowed us to safely store them in the living room of the home. Our room did not have a mini fridge, but we were able to store food and drinks in the main kitchen fridge. Housekeeping was delightful and we enjoyed the complimentary snacks, chocolates, and water in our room. We definitely would stay here again.

The property is well appointed with a beach theme, but not overdone. Our room was very large with a nice view of the water from our balcony. The bed was very comfortable. We met the owner, who was very gracious and answered our questions. Breakfast was provided in the morning. Check in and out was simple and easy. The only improvement I could suggest is better lighting above the bathroom mirror. Looking forward to staying there again!

Overall nice stay in the showboat room. Couple things though to mention include that the heat thermostat did not seem to work. We like it a little warmer so we turned it up a bit but the temperature did not change in the room and nor did we hear the heat kick on at all during our stay. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't ideal either -also they only give you a very thin quilt type blanket which during the winter isn't quite enough for me. Other than that, for cleanliness overall facilities looked very clean but I noticed a couple things (which most people probably wouldnt notice) including some moldy spots in tub sliding door liner and shower especially the grout and around the under part of the sink. Also couple hairs on the pillow cases, as well as some stained towels. And just to clarify for those wondering the tub is a normal shower/tub combo but just with some jets. So not anything like the other tub pictured in the atlantic room (they didnt include pictures for this room of the tub so just to help people decide which room to book if that aspect matters). I liked that breakfast was included it was just standard like bagels, muffins, Keurig coffee, yogurts, and I thought was kind of funny they had sunnyD for OJ and hostess donuts. No extra water bottles in fridge fyi which would have been nice, you only get 2 in the room. Lastly, the wifi signal in the room was weak/slow according to the TV, so Netflix did not load/work. Overall nice stay with nice view of the water with a deck
