This was a great find for a stay in Salem. Wonderful space for a group, especially with the kitchen! Very quiet neighborhood to get a little away from the crowds during the busy time but still an easy walk to all the main attractions.

We loved this apartment. The building is older and it felt very fitting for a fall Salem trip. We didnt have to drive anywhere, literally everything we wanted to do was within a comfortable walking distance. As for the noise factor, it was as you would expect if you stay in a city. We didnt find it bothersome at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Host’s description of home and neighborhood is accurate and honest. Apartment is in a vibrant working class neighborhood, which is lively and occasionally loud until 10-11 pm. There are parks at either end of the street on which the apartment is located, and both are well-used. Overnight, it is quiet. The designated parking spot is close to the apartment and is definitely a plus. It is easy to walk to all the attractions in Salem from the home. We walked to and from downtown, took multiple tours, and explored on our own, and did not cover more than 6 miles on either of the days we were there.

The property was just as listed. Has 3 bedrooms which worked out great since we had 2 friends joining us on our stay. Everyone had their own space to sleep and relax. Neighborhood was a little loud but was quiet by the time we wanted to go to sleep.
