This stay was great. The upstairs room was a hit with my group. It's an easy 15 minute car ride to downtown, traffic allowing. Great area just south of Boston, would stay again!

Great place for a large group. There are many rooms and lots of space. EXCELLENT communication. It's an older property and the stairs were a challenge for my elderly in laws but they managed ok.

Big place, plenty of space & plenty of common space. Nice neighborhood and had a bus stop a block away. We had a late flight out and were graciously offered a late checkout. No issues at all, highly recommend.

A charming home with plenty of beds for a group

Our stay was great - the beds were plentiful, but the kitchen / dining area was tight and hard to accommodate the size of our group. One thing I will say is that before our stay I received numerous messages cautioning us to be quiet for the neighbors. She reminded us that there was a decibel monitoring device in the family room to warn if the noise was too loud. There are neighbors in the bottom half of the house. The number of emails made me hesitant, wondering if Jenny would be checking and monitoring us regularly throughout our stay. However, my worries were in vain. Our stay was pleasant, Jenny was not overbearing, but available as we needed her. I would have no reservations staying at this location again.

Boston History Tour

Great place to stay for our family history tour! Adorable apartment, very clean. Great, convenient location with easy access to major highways. Jen was great to communicate with and provided recommendations for places to go in the area. We loved this trip and having a place like this to stay makes it feel like home, while we're away!

This was a great place to stay! Nice quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. We loved the upstairs apartment with the second floor attic space. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a wonderful stay in E. Milton Sq. The apartment was clean and spacious for our large group. The two deeded parking spaces were very useful as we had folks driving in from different places. The showers were quite nice and there were plenty of towels. The bunk beds with larger lower bunks were incredibly helpful. The location is fantastic as it’s just a peaceful 5 min walk to the Fruit Center!One thing I would note is that like many Boston homes, this one is older and there are certain things to account for, including slightly steep stairs and fewer power outlets. Several rooms would benefit from adding power strips and extension cords!

Great space for small groups
