We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, with every amenity. The hotel is Ideally located centrally in bordeaux with a very short walk to major attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay here again without hesitation

It’s very well located, staff is kind, has a valet parking, comfortable beds. Bathroom was small, poorly lit, and shower was not so great. Room was ok size for France. It has a heated pool but it is semi-covered and no outdoor lounge chairs. I had a fine stay but not sure I would choose it again.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful rooms, lovely garden to sit in. Vert good food but outstanding service. Every staff member went above and beyond but especially Paul Rucciza, Concierge..anticipated our needs in every way. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location that was just a little bit off the main traffic area, which was actually very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and housekeeping did a great job. The beds are very comfortable here. One issue is that the showers do not have a door so there’s a tendency for water to get all over the bathroom floor, which we corrected with many towels. We did not use the restaurant for breakfast, but instead used a great patisserie right around the corner.
