Designed to offer unparalleled comfort, the access to this suite is entirely autonomous thanks to a connected lock system, air conditioning, a safe, a satellite TV, and high-speed wifi access. ## Notes

This property is accessible in all autonomy. However, prior verification of your identity in order to obtain access is imperative. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and that we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our staff discovers the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts etc...), we reserve the right to require a deposit of a minimum amount of 300 €.
Our boudoir in the basement will allow you to deposit your luggage in complete safety.

## DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €500 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
