All the staff were wonderful, so welcoming, in particular, Bart, the young Dutchman, who was incredibly professional and polite and who could not have done more to help us with several queries; he should be in management as he is obviously very intelligent and brilliantly polite.

Convenient location for public transport

The staff are excellent. Fresh air is a plus with opening windows. Convenient location. The air-conditioning is extremely noisy. The rooms have no glasses, water, tissues and limited power outlets in the room. 1 towel only per person with no hand towels provided.

We woke up late and missed breakfast. We asked the lady serving breakfast if it was too late and she kindly prepared us a breakfast just for us. She was so friendly and helpful. Her service was above and beyond and we can't thank her enough. RĂ©ception was also very friendly. Id recommend this hotel purely for the servive. Only negative was the air con in the room which was 26c all night.

Check in was extremely long, there was no check in clerk I had to call someone and when someone eventually came he asked us to wait as he was on a long ass call. My wife and I very often choose Ibis as our go to hotel and this hotel was by far the worst we have stayed at, but I suppose you what you pay for

DISGRACEFUL

The hotel was a disgrace, the bedding was so thin, and the hotel never had any on site (close) disabled parking, The bathroom was disgraceful only one Bath size towel and two small thread bare hand towels for two adults . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, neither should you.
