The area around the property is pretty rundown, the property itself is not nearly as nice looking as the pictures. The kitchen is miniscule, the bathroom is tiny, the couch in the living room was covered in suspicious white stains. It was also the only seating option in the living room. The communication with property management company was absolutely awful! I had to reach out 3 times to get the instructions on how to get into the property, only to learn that the concierge was supposed to reach out 48hrs in advance. Again multiple emails/messages until final response on the morning of my arrival. My overall impression was so bad, I checked out after one night, even though I was booked for 4. Then the mgmt company kept reaching out asking how my stay was almost every day, even though I told them I was unhappy with the property and had checked out. I don't believe they read any of my emails.
