The ac in our room didn’t work our first night there. The temperature was over 78 degrees. They couldn’t relocate us but brought in a fan. They fixed it for the next night but I was surprised at the attitude given the cost of the property.

This was a very nice hotel. It's quite large and the rooms are hard to get to. That would be my only complaint.
My wife, 2 year old child and I stayed here on a last minute stop while in France. EVERYTHING was superb..... the room, the staff, the food,... EVERYTHING. In fact, they accommodated our needs for a two year old child like no other hotel..... they sent someone to get organic whole milk for my baby, they ran to get diapers when we ran out, they kept ice packs frozen overnight and delivered them to our room to keep our baby's mile cold during the day while walking,...... they did everything to make our stay extraordinary at an extraordinary hotel.
