Nice size room and in a good area. Close to everything if you want to walk. They serve a good breakfast. And good customer service.
I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and I enjoyed it very much. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with nice hot showers and strong WiFi. The breakfast is delicious and it includes a buffet plus eggs made to order. I would definitely stay here again.

I saw bed bugs at this hotel. I didn't know those were bed bugs because I had not seen them before in my life. I thought they were cockroaches!!!!! I had bed bug bites and my whole body was itchy. I knew that this hotel was not super clean but didn't expect bed bugs! I wish I could have told them about it and get my money back!!!! So bad!!!!!!

We would have liked to be informed at the moment to be able to see the bug you saw. And if anything changed your room immediately. Just like any hotel we follow sanitary standards and have the hotel fumigated always. Also, no other guests have mentioned seeing bugs in the hotel. We would please like to know in what room you stayed at and if you have any further information please do let us know. Further, we would also like to know where are you coming from? By any change did you come from the jungle area from Peru or Bolivia? Thank you for your message and we desperately look have more information about this issue.
