Staff very attentive to customers. Very patience with the trainee. Interactive with customets and reminded me sevetal times to call if i needed anything. Would be nice to have zomething to cook with in the room.

We were out in a dirty room that hadn't been turned over at first and they made it seem rather inconvenient to have to put us in a clean one. Their was no apology. The lobby, elevator and the halls smelled AWEFUL. I don’t know if they were spraying something to cover up a worse smell but it was BAD. Once we got a clean room it was okay. The smell didn’t drift in much and the ax worked. We were only staying one night and only long enough to get some sleep and then leave. I would have left and gone somewhere else if it were any longer. I will also not be returning.

Shower water went from hot to luke warm intermittently. Horrible plumbing. Floors are hard and you hear every footstep above you so pray they go to bed when you do. Pets allowed and we were kept awake from barking in the hall and dogs running around room above us. We had to switch rooms and still the same nightmare. Rooms are very clean but we were the first to occupy both because it just opened. The staff is very nice and friendly. The parking lot is safe too. I would never stay there again because of the poor decision to make a paper thin floor with hard surfaces.
