Everything about this hotel is fantastic. We checked in really late due to a delayed flight and the night staff was awesome helping us check in. The room was big and very clean. The bed was really firm which my husband loved. We really enjoyed our night there. My only complaint is that they advertise continental breakfast and that was a big reason why i chose this hotel. Its not breakfast. Its a coffee bar with some granola bars and store bought muffins (little Debbie style.) I was really bummed because I was looking forward to breakfast and we are not coffee drinkers so we ended up going to McDonald's for breakfast. All in all though the hotel was nice...just don't expect a good breakfast!

Beds parked right by AC fan blew on us all night.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and roomy.

Room is big with a stove, large fridge, microwave and sink, A sort of dining table is also there The hotel will give you all the plates silverware pots and pans you might need if you choose to cook in the room. It's a nice change from trying to survive without those amenities for a while in a normal hotel room. If you plan to eat out every meal, it's still an OK room. No daily maid service. Its more of an apartment. Good prices. Coffee and rolls in the lobby each morning. Wish they would provide non flavored creamer.

Efficient and adequate. Nice size room with kitchenette

Enjoyed my stay. Would recommend this property any time.

Room clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful

The staff & room w ere real nice. My only problem is that they advertise a breakfast and it was breakfast bars, oranges & coffee & tea . That is not a breakfast

A great spot to stay unfortunately we had a rough first night when our room started to smell like cigarettes. We had to wait till the next afternoon to get a new room, but the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Due to a festival in town, many hotels were booked. We appreciated getting a room at the very last minute, and hotel staff assisted us as best they could. Idaho is one of the few states that still allows smoking in rooms, so although the staff tried to accommodate us with a non-smoking room, there was an ashtray in the room and a funky smell. If highly-allergic to smoke, this could lead to problems for some.

Place was fine location was between downtown and airport, which was good staff was friendly.

The room wasn't huge but it was comfortable. If you have a lot of luggage be sure to get a ground floor room I couldn't find an elevator. Overall a great stay and comfortable bed

This facility is an "extended stay" because each room has a stove and refrigerator, cooking utensils and dishware are available by request, and laundry facilities are on site. However, it is also home to a number of Somali refugees placed there by the US Government and their cooking habits are not what you are used to. I was assigned to a room on the top floor where a number of the refugees were located. On my first night, they cooked some horrendous fish dish that had a putrid smell which permeated the whole upper floor. It was unbearable. In addition, the ceiling vent fan in my room made a terrible racket which made it very hard to sleep. The next morning, the refugees began cooking again, and in addition to the unbearable smells, they set off the hotel fire alarm while I was in the shower. The noise was deafening and lasted for over twenty minutes until the fire department arrived to shut off the alarm. Needless to say, I asked to be moved to a different floor. Apparently, it's not a hotel but rather, a rooming house. I will seek accommodations elsewhere on my next business trip to Boise.

Room and staff were great. Their per policy sucks though. $25 a day is ridiculous. Next time I'll stay at Motel 6... pets stay free!

Need to travel through Boise and ESA provided a great value for my stay

The room come with kitchen items but now you have to request them and then unpack and put them away. If I have been traveling don't wNt to do more unpacking not impresses. The bath room shower had mold not impressed with housekeeping. The best part of the whole stay was heather at the front desk.

The phrase, you get what you pay for, stands true. Needed a hotel by the airport, and reviewed reservation sight.Picture detail was similar, but not precise. The bathroom - when went into bathroom, saw something in the mirror - behind the door on the towel holder was a pair of men's underwear. Would have thought that housekeeping would have noticed this during their thorough cleaning to flip the room for resale. Another item was had to request a blow dryer. Looked like it was new. When turned on, had a "dust smell" like utilizing the heater on its initial switch for winter usage. This set off the smoke alarm in the room, and had to turn on the stove fan to quiet the alarm. Would NEVER recommend this location. Sad that its a chain, and does not meet the company standards.

The front desk was not consistently manned. No hotel key required for entry into the building or elevators. The combination of no one at the front desk and no keycard needed for entry made it seem unsafe. The security at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The hallways smelled of heavy cigarette smoke even though we had a non-smoking room. The only good things were the price and the location

Hair in bathtub, no shampoo in room, carpets very bad, rusty appliances, not very clean. This Hotel needs a complete renovation, heavy smoke smell, tiles loose and cracked by the elevator, carpet really needs replacing. You would expect more from Boise. This Hotel would be great if you were drunk and didn’t car where you crashed. You get what you pay for!

Staff was friendly, however I found the hotel to have very thin walls and the smell of smoke seemed to be very prominent, with that being said they did provide me with a "non-smoking" room, it just seemed to located amoung the "smokers"...
