Where do I begin? Listing claims “airport shuttle,” but it’s only one way - I got in to Boise late and took a shuttle to the hotel, but when I tried to get back to the airport the next day to rent a car, I was told there was no shuttle. No soap - not just no soap in room, no soap in entire building. Front desk literally had no soap. One working ice machine in the entire building. Room was at least spacious and quiet, but looked like it had been put through the wringer with lots of wear and tear.

Everything was great and the place was really nice. The only things negative I would mention was there was no soap put in the room (they still do that, right?) and the in-room coffee maker was missing the coffee basket which was a drag to discover at 3:30am when I needed coffee before my flight.

The room and hotel was perfect. We had an emergency and had to leave 3 days early. The hotel was fine with issuing a refund but we never got a hotels.com agent on the line. This is the second and last time I want to use this sight unless you can fix this.

The breakfast was incredibly disappointing. Milk and yogurt weren't even cold, fruit provided was wilted apples. The biggest disappointment there was no maid service during our stay (I guess it is avaliable on req) , yet the day of check before 9 am we ran a couple bags to the car and went up to finish packing up and the maid was already in our room stripping it. We hadn't checked out and this seem completely inappropriate because we had until 11 to be out. Talked to the front desk and the staff was just dismissive of the issue. Definitely dont recommend, nor will we return.

As we arrived at check in desk with a couple and child right behind us, a man rolled out the front door passing all of us already in the foyer. He did not address us. There was a sign that staff would return soon. We assumed man who left was going home. Wish we had checked the time. After quite some time, enuf that child was very artsy and crawling over dad. Came in very calm with attentive parents. Man rolled back in and checked us in. Not very welcoming but same on recent checkout. As we left, young man who checked us in before at desk, as before, very welcoming. Would love more fruit besides apples with breakfast, ongoing dental work. Thx
