The people working at the hotel Ladonia Delnara are very friendly, good welcome by manager Mustafa who shows me couple of room and i choose the one i like, the room was spacious and it was in suite It was clean There was strain on the mattress protector so they changed everything for me including bed sheeth, I have asked for soft pillow and soft pillow provided., it was all inclusive. Lovely beach within the hotel nice park good deserts abd the food was good. Maybe some mild renovation would be helpful as all the pictures are the same in the courtyards..etc... What matter the most is the friendly staff who were very helpful... Thank you for hosting me

A hotel with Russian atmosphere and food

No WiFi, No masks, No kettle in the room, No lights at the reception, I thought that I entered a cave, not a hotel reception!! No proper restaurant and No Turkish cuisine. Wifi in the lobby is not working, as the download speed is 5Mpbs and you share it with all guests sitting with you in the lobby and I think the receptionist too. There’s only 1 bar by the pool. No lift. Pets allowed as the patio was full of cats and a dog. No restaurant: I don’t know how a hotel serves 3 meals a day with no restaurant, but Ladonia Delmare managed to do it. They have chairs on a patio in the garden with canteen style shop by the patio to get the food from. The pool is small, with a bar. They play the same CD everyday. Mostly Russian music. Main course 3 nights stay were: rice, boiled macaroni, boneless chicken carrot stew, nuggets, grilled boneless chicken, vegetarian aubergine stew, chicken patty, wedges and boiled cabbage, cauliflower, sprouts… those were the variety to choose from not all at the same served. No spices used other than black pepper. No actual Turkish cuisine. What shocked me the most in this hotel, there’s no yogurt drink (Ayran) in this hotel, which is the national drink of Turkey. When I asked them they didn’t recognise it. Fruit: melon, green apple and black grapes. Sweets: 2 types of mousse different colours and 4 types of Asian dough with syrup. Positives: location by the sea, large beautiful garden and comfy room.

Ok hotel, service not so good.

On the positive it was clean and comfortable, food was tasty if somewhat repetitive (often getting thing you didn’t ask for on your plate) but service was not good. Reception took along time to check us in even though no one else was waiting. The only info we got was when meal times were and no info in the room. Would be nice to have a map of the area facilities at the hotel etc. Minibar was to be stocked with water on arrival but never got any the whole week despite asking. Staff only wore masks and made guest keep their distance when their was a visitor/inspector one evening. Also some comments made by bar staff were not appropriate and do not think was handled well by management.

Resepsiyon rezaleti

Otele saat 09:00 saatlerinde geldik. Resepsiyondaki saçları arkaya taralı arkadaş yüzümüze bile bakmadan bir o kadar da ilgisiz bir tavırla bizi saat 09:00’dan 14:00’a kadar (abartısız tam bu saatler) bekleterek tatil başlangıcımızı rezilliğe çevirmiştir. İlk olarak müsait oda olmadığı söyleyerek odanın saat 12:00’da boşalacağını söyleyerek bizi oyalamıştır. Yine okey dedik ve bekledik ancak saat 12:00’da gittiğimizde misafirin odadan çıkmasını beklediklerini ve bu sürecin saat 14:00’e kadar sürebileceğini söylemiştir. Verdikleri bilgilendirme kağıdında otelden çıkış saatinin 12:00 yazmasına rağmen hala bizi bekleterek birde üstüne üstün 14:00’a kadar bekleyebileceğimizi dalga geçer gibi söylemiştir. Otele girdiğimiz için bizi kurban kesecek hale soktukları için ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. Genel olarak otel fiyatına göre olması gerektiği gibiydi. Otel içerisinde çok büyük bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Ama otele girişimiz gerçekten rezaletti.

Çok kötü hotel tavsiye etmiyorum

Yemekler çeşit yok ve çok kötü. Kahvaltı eksik ürün çok ve kötü. Ara öğünlerde tek çeşit ve kötü. Sinek ve böcek odada çok var ilaçlanmasını istedik fakat ilaçlanmamış. 3 gece boyunca devam etti. Sitede söz edilen hizmetler eksik. Aktivite adına hiç bir şey yok. Bayramda gitmemize rağmen animasyon çocuk için aktiviteler vs hiç bir şey yok. İçecek konusunda rakıyı plastik bardakta veriyorlar. Diğer içecekler tat olarak çok kötü yemekler gibi. Tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle. İşletme olarak çok kötü. Diğer müşteriler de şikayetçi bu konuda.
